Jose was very courtesy and worked really hard on fixing our garage door. He worked for almost three hours until he had the door fixed. We were so happy the door was repaired and could close when he left. It was very hot but he didnot complain at all. Thank you Jose for your hard work. Found your web page using Google search on Internet and close the Menifee. Deeply appreciated Gary working us in on his already heavy Friday schedule. Gary professionally replaced our bent long door rod (my own definition, probably not the correct technical term), weakened lower grade springs that had been putting a strain on our opener motor, and rewound the cable that had come unwound from off the rotor when the door hit a cardboard tube blown into the path of the closing door. Lesson I learned the hard was, never place a cardboard tube adjacent to door tracks that could allow the wind to blow the tube into the path of the closing door. Door is now perfectly balanced, with a much lower load of our opener motor. Gary precisely adding just the right amount of torque to the springs, calculating the correct amount of turns he needed to add to the springs, using a known good math formula that takes into account the length of the cables, height of the door, and circumference of the cable rotors. Impressed when Gary also politely helped my neighbor that ran to ask for help, at no additional pay. So nice when a garage door professional turns out to be a really nice guy, and a fellow Marine Veteran, that also has served our country. :-)

Don, Your technician Jose Perea, was a delight to work with; he is a highly knowledgeable young man who represented your company well. He efficiently completed the repair on my garage door springs, showed me the old parts that failed and then educated me on how to maintain my new garage door so that the parts will last. It was so easy to work with your company and your staff from the intake phone person to Jose. We originally had some repair work done by another company. Within 2 months the door was broken again. Dave came out quickly diagnosed the reason the previous repair work did not hold up. He replaced an entire panel and spring to make the door work correctly. He did so quickly and without any inconvenience to our family. I highly recommend his services.

We were so impressed. We contacted Precision for an unknown repair of garage door for our sister in Hemet. You contacted us back almost immediately......within several minutes, and were so courteous. Gary came out on the scheduled time (holiday weekend, even). Lubricated and adjusted door that hadn't worked for more than a decade, checked the opener that wouldn't work, provided us with a new one. It is such a drag having the garage door suddenly stop working! On Angie's List recommendation we called Precision Door Service at 4PM. It was a good call, our appointment (which could have been that night) was scheduled for the very next day. Technician Brent arrived on time, inspected garage door and opener, explained nature of the problem and offered two options, with prices included. Recieved a quote to have 3 garage doors installed replacing old original wood doors. The service tech was very knowledgeable and helped me understand doors, door openers and what my options were. My budgeted estimate was about $600.00 MORE than the offer he made. He included upgrades to all the doors and a lifetime warrenty for the doors and parts. The service was excellent and the scheduling of the replacments was done within a week. Excellent service.
