Quoted one price over the phone and when the tech came out, the price was double the high end of the price quoted over the phone. Totally overpriced. Go with someone else.

After hearing one of the garage door springs unwind around 3:00 P. M. I went to the garage to find it was broken and the door would not lift up. After looking online for door repair companies I called Precision and was initially told no one would be available until between 8 and 12 P. M. When I told the call taker the door would not raise and y car was stuck inside she was able to schedule a technician to come between 4 and 8. When Jose arrived he was very courteous and professional. He examined my problem and thoroughly explained all my repair options. He completed the work quickly and neatly. He then explained how to properly maintain the springs between calls for normal maintenance. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by everyone connected with this company.

One thing I demand in my business dealings is "professionalism" and Precision was well represented in that area by your technician Cody. It is employee's like Cody that will secure the Precision name and take you to the next step. I say this primarily because while it was not cost effective to make the required purchase to repair, we parted ways as if I had just spent a thousand dollars. I will remember Precision and will be happy to recommend if the occassion presents itself.

Very satisfied with the work order. Didn't know what caused poping noise when the garage would open, but Jose spot it right away after manually opening it. It turns out the cable in the back was catching onto one of the side edges. If that problem did not get fix right away, over time the cable will get cut like the last time and will cause to springs on the top to snap as well due to the tension being released. Had the same company replaced the springs, cables, and rollers a few months ago but it didn't have the poping noise after it was installed and nothing was noticeable back then. Glad i had it looked. I would rely on this company again for any future work order.

Found your ad in the phone book. Drawn to past customers favorable responses. Not many take the effort to send a return positive comment, it's usually a negative one. The service man was Brent, a knowledgeable and friendly representative of your company. Replacement of overhead springs were required, which was explained to me in a informative manner. No undo pressure was applied to me to replace the original spring, or not, my choice. I had the replacement service performed, which was done in around a hours time. Impressive, I must say. Nice to discover a company that can do quality work,in a short period of time, at a good price.
