Brent Bassett did an outstanding job in identifying the major problem with the garage door, gave me a very good deal on price quote with lifetime warranty for parts and labor. He has repaired and replaced the broken garage door spring with sturdy materials within 45 minutes. The door now runs and closes very smoothly both electrically and manually. I am extremely satisfied with his very prompt and superior customer service especially arriving on time at 0800 am) and has completed the repair before 0900 am. Made an appointment expressing that I most likely needed a replacement garage door opener. I never received any calls prior to appointment, detailing what my options were or what was available. Technician showed up without any openers available. He stated that they were currently out of doors, yet the installation price would increase if I were to provide my own. I asked him to check on the availability of a door opener, and call me back to set up an install. I never received any call back after over a week.
