From the initial phone contact to receipt of final invoice, your customer service is outstanding! It is impressive to receive complete details, along with a picture of the technician, by email prior to the service visit. The technician called and identified himself prior to arriving at our home, presented company identification at the door, and spent quality time listening to our concerns about the problems we were having with the garage door. He was polite, informative, very knowledgeable, willing to fully explain what had caused the problem, and technically adept at repairing the problem. He took the time to ensure we were satisfied with the repairs and made certain that we were shown the problem had been corrected. A very detailed invoice was sent by email immediately after the service and the detail and legibility on that invoice is also outstanding. We cannot emphasize how important this last step was, as it truly makes your service top of the line. Thank you for your professionalism and quality service.

I have used Precision on two other occasions and have been more than satisfied with the service techs, how quickly they worked and how fast they completed the jobs. The techs have been friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong and how they were going to repair the deficiencies. I would highly recommend Precision to any friends and/or family. A torsion spring broke on our garage door Tuesday afternoon, and based on a friend's recommendation, we called Precision. A repairman was here the next morning at 8:10, and brought all the necessary parts with him the first time, and was finished repairing our door in 1 hour. VERY prompt service!

Jose gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Definitely appreciated knowing when he was arriving. He replaced the broken spring and installed a new one. Now I have a double spring system. As he was here our garage door opener went out, and he installed a new for us right then and there. Thanks Jose

Cody did a great job!Nice to call Sunday morning and have it fixed by 3:00 that afternoon.I did have to adjust the down force on my 7 year old opener the next morning,as the door would bind atouch on one side and open back up.Will keep an eye on it and call if it needs to be adjusted.5 stars,thank you

This was the 3rd time I used Precision for my garage door and as always they did a great job and were wonderful to deal with. I had an emergency situation this last time and they were able to get someone to my house within a couple of hours of me calling them. The repair person who showed up was informative and detailed about everything that he was doing. I highly recommend this company!!!

Excellent Technicians...the openers had problems 24hrs after being installed. The motor on one of the gagrge did not work well. The second tech forgot to program the outsider key pads.. So I am left waiting. Both technicians were courteous and friendly..Not sure when all thiw will be resolved?????

I found Precision Door Service in my local yellow pages. My husband was having trouble with his single door opening so I called Precision they came within the four hour window block that had been given to me. My technician was Jose as soon as he saw the door he knew what the problem was, very simple a rake was blocking the sensor. He told me there would be no charge and he would be on his way, but feeling guilty for my stupidity I asked if he would please check out the doors anyway to avoid future problems. He kindly checked the doors out and explained that I had the wrong springs on my door and showed me the problem. He did tell me that I could burn out the motor in the future and that I would then have a problem. So being he was already here and to avoid future issues I asked him to please correct the problem. He had all the parts fixed the springs on both my doors greased the tracks now my doors work just fine and are much more quiet when raising them up. I will be sure to recommend Precision Doors to friends and I will call them again if I ever have a garage door problem again. It is so awesome to see that there are honest professionals out there you just need to know where to find them. There e-mail system and site was very easy to navigate and very informative. Great job to your web designer. I wish your staff and business the best of luck and for sure I would recommend you 100%. Thank you for a job well done. Debbie
