When I called to book appointment and get estimate I wasn't told that I had to replace two springs when one was broken. The technician told me that was your polity. The person giving estimates should of told me.
I apologize for the confusion. Both of your springs have been lifting your door for the same period of time. When one breaks, you are much better served to replace both springs, as the older spring is likely to break in very short order. Additionally, you save a service charge fee and possibly labor as well. Thank you for your feedback on this issue.

Lance arrived on time and ready to work. He was thorough and was finished in the time he said it would take to repair the garage door. Precision Garage Door were open for business at 0600 hrs Tuesday answering my emergency call. The Tech Joe was at my house by 0800hrs. The competition did not return my call till after 0800 hours. Precision Garage is Awesome!!!

Excellent emergency service and repair. When I called at 3pm I spoke to a live person and did not have to leave a recorded message. The dispatcher I spoke to was courteous and professional. Scheduled a repair tech to come btwn 4-6pm. My repair tech "Dean" called to let me know when he was coming and arrived on time. Dean was also very courteous and professional. Dean repaired my bent track and did not try to upsell me any unnecessary parts. He also took the time to lube my squeaky garage door and advise me about the proper care and maintenance. The best part was that the total repair bill was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called at 1:00PM to place a service call to have my overhead doors "tuned up". Tech "Bill" was at my home at 300PM! Bill did a great job of pointing out his concerns.
