Yesterday our garage door drive chain came crashing down as we were leaving for a reservation at a local restaurant. Today the 27th of April Jose Perea with an associate came to fix the problem. I was given three choices and I decided to go all the way with a complete rebuild that includes a lifetime warranty. I was told that a copy of the warranty would follow. I am completely satisfied with Mr. Perea's professionalism. Job done to my satisfaction. Two things I would like to confirm, your state license and a copy of the warranty. Thank you

A very nice young representative repaired the track for our door after late in the evening I had struck it with my truck... When I called to book appointment and get estimate I wasn't told that I had to replace two springs when one was broken. The technician told me that was your polity. The person giving estimates should of told me.

I apologize for the confusion. Both of your springs have been lifting your door for the same period of time. When one breaks, you are much better served to replace both springs, as the older spring is likely to break in very short order. Additionally, you save a service charge fee and possibly labor as well. Thank you for your feedback on this issue.

Excellent emergency service and repair. When I called at 3pm I spoke to a live person and did not have to leave a recorded message. The dispatcher I spoke to was courteous and professional. Scheduled a repair tech to come btwn 4-6pm. My repair tech "Dean" called to let me know when he was coming and arrived on time. Dean was also very courteous and professional. Dean repaired my bent track and did not try to upsell me any unnecessary parts. He also took the time to lube my squeaky garage door and advise me about the proper care and maintenance. The best part was that the total repair bill was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.
