Your technicians were very thorough in explaining the repairs needed. Gave us a choice of 3 levels of repairs that we could do. They rebuilt the garage door from top to bottom. I was not a fan of the price but satisfied with the lifetime warranty knowing this is the last time we will have a expense on our door.

Bill Weier was the technician and he did a great job. He was very professional and completed the repairs very quickly. He explained what was needed to repair my problem and also pointed out a few items that needed to be replaced. My only concern is the cost of the repair, it seems expensive but I didn't seek any other bids. I used Precision to repair my mom's garage door about a year ago and they did a great job then as well.

All I can say is wow! I will absolutely never use another garage door company. And here is why. Last night at 6 pm after a long day working outside I went to close my garage door but with an absent mind I had forgotten I left a small metal chain hanging on the corner of the garage that got caught in the track. My garage door contorted and several wheels fell off leaving half the door hanging without support in my garage. OVER MY CAR! I contacted Kellie at Precision Garage and had an email confirmation of my service call by 6:20pm. The email confirmed my address, and even provided the name and picture of the technician who was coming to handle the repair. Shortly after 7 p.m., Don Taylor the owner of Precision showed up to my house. He couldn't have been more profesional and nice to work with. Within minutes he assess the problem and assured both my husband and I that everything would be ok. Cody, his technician arrived minutes after and got to work right away. He was so friendly. The work was completed fast and to perfection. By 8:08pm I received an email with an attached copy of my invoice, that detailed every bit of the repair. The bonus is now my garage door operates better than it did before the incident! Thier rates are so reasonable too. I would have paid just for the improvement of my garage door function. Honestly I can't say enough nice things or recommend this company any higher. Absolute wonderful team, excellent service, honest and reasonable prices. My recommendation: don't even consider another garage door company. Thanks Precision!

Mark did a great job, everything works fine. The old opener allowed for a key entry for the water softener co. to replace tanks. The new opener does not, we will have to figure that out. The best thing, WE own a 2005 Toyota with the ability to open the door on the rear view mirror, it has never worked and Toyota has never been any help. Well Mark took 10 minutes and now it works. Cain't thank him enough. I give five stars should be more...

all I wanted was a remote. Instead I get a quote for $1600. BTW the garage door opener is functional and working fine. When I asked about the remote the tech said it was $200 (home is only 10 years old btw) I called MFG they tell me the remote sells for $59. DONT CALL THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF>>>>

Yesterday our garage door drive chain came crashing down as we were leaving for a reservation at a local restaurant. Today the 27th of April Jose Perea with an associate came to fix the problem. I was given three choices and I decided to go all the way with a complete rebuild that includes a lifetime warranty. I was told that a copy of the warranty would follow. I am completely satisfied with Mr. Perea's professionalism. Job done to my satisfaction. Two things I would like to confirm, your state license and a copy of the warranty. Thank you
