Was easy setting appointment for repair. Service was fast & freindly. Only had mix up with appointment seter as to what was right part & price, Shane said they had priced the smaller springs that would have worked but not lasted as long. Was to busy and forgot to give your tec my $30 of coupon shame on me. Thanks for fast service, would definlety recomend. Hard to get same day service and be charged extra.

We used Precision Door a year and a half ago to replace our noisy chain drive opener with a quite belt drive. They were awesome . Fair price, great service. They even helped us download a phone app that acts as a security monitor and garage remote. Yesterday our 15 year old door spring finally snapped. Mike came out in record time to install a double spring system and new hardware. Now our door is quieter than ever and I feel good knowing that the parts have a lifetime warranty. Precision is not the cheapest but you definitely get value. :-)

Fantastic service. Arrived at the time indicated and received a call when he was about 20 minutes away. Jimmy was great; he showed me how several of my garage door parts were worn out, had a broken spring, etc. Since I was unhappy with the model the previous homeowner installed, I went for the whole thing and replaced the whole opener. Work was completed in timely manner and very professional. Prices are competitive as well. highly recommend Precision.

Precision Garage Door was the second garage door repair company to come to my home; they should have been the first. My home warranty company sent another business to resolve my garage door issue--twice. Each visit was a complete waste of time, as they looked for every excuse NOT to help or resolve the problem (but they had no issues collecting the fee). Precision Garage Door saved the day! Immediately, I was super impressed with technician Bill Weier. He listened to me (incredible), he assessed the problem and resolved the issue--in one day! I was so happy and extremely satisfied with the service I received. Bill was highly professional, knowledgeable, funny and committed to providing the best customer service ever! Thank you Bill. My door broke about 1:00 pm labor day the tech was here in one hour took about 1 1/2 hrs. The service and the tech were five star. the reason for four stars was the cost. $250 for two hrs, counting travel and a ten dollar bracket is high. But like I said it was labor day and the service was great.
