Dean did an outstanding job. The repair was completed in a timely manner and the customer service was top notch. Now the lady that answered the phone was a little off, with her comment about me having a 2-spring garage door, which I only have 1-spring, but today I have two. Thank you for our service.

Excellent emergency service and repair. When I called at 3pm I spoke to a live person and did not have to leave a recorded message. The dispatcher I spoke to was courteous and professional. Scheduled a repair tech to come btwn 4-6pm. My repair tech "Dean" called to let me know when he was coming and arrived on time. Dean was also very courteous and professional. Dean repaired my bent track and did not try to upsell me any unnecessary parts. He also took the time to lube my squeaky garage door and advise me about the proper care and maintenance. The best part was that the total repair bill was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called at 1:00PM to place a service call to have my overhead doors "tuned up". Tech "Bill" was at my home at 300PM! Bill did a great job of pointing out his concerns. He reccomended an overhaul of each door as they are on the verge of failing completely. I apprecitated his professional attitude and attention to detail. Great job Bill!

He explained the issue clearly, what needed to be done, cost options and even took the time to show me some maintenance tips. The job was done quickly and I will certainly call Precision again.

We were very pleased with Joshua who came to repair our garage door, smiling, pleasant, knowledgeable, and early in the time frame we were given. We elected to have the repairs made, which was expensive, rather than the entire overhaul, which was even more costly. Precision repaired our door in 2009. Thankful to have a company available 24/7. From the initial phone contact to receipt of final invoice, your customer service is outstanding! It is impressive to receive complete details, along with a picture of the technician, by email prior to the service visit. The technician called and identified himself prior to arriving at our home, presented company identification at the door, and spent quality time listening to our concerns about the problems we were having with the garage door. He was polite, informative, very knowledgeable, willing to fully explain what had caused the problem, and technically adept at repairing the problem. He took the time to ensure we were satisfied with the repairs and made certain that we were shown the problem had been corrected. A very detailed invoice was sent by email immediately after the service and the detail and legibility on that invoice is also outstanding. We cannot emphasize how important this last step was, as it truly makes your service top of the line. Thank you for your professionalism and quality service.

I have used Precision on two other occasions and have been more than satisfied with the service techs, how quickly they worked and how fast they completed the jobs. The techs have been friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong and how they were going to repair the deficiencies. I would highly recommend Precision to any friends and/or family. A torsion spring broke on our garage door Tuesday afternoon, and based on a friend's recommendation, we called Precision. A repairman was here the next morning at 8:10, and brought all the necessary parts with him the first time, and was finished repairing our door in 1 hour. VERY prompt service!

Precision Garage Door were open for business at 0600 hrs Tuesday answering my emergency call. The Tech Joe was at my house by 0800hrs. The competition did not return my call till after 0800 hours. Precision Garage is Awesome!!!
