The Tech came as agreed and after diagnosing the problem (short Roller hanging up on our rail) installed a longer roller. He lubricated all of the hinge points and it is much quieter. He was friendly, personable and remembered installing my door in 2014.

The work performed was satisfactory however the cost of the garage door bottom strip was excessive - they charged $150 & you can buy online for approximately $60 maximum. I did not see invoice until work was complete as it is electronic.

We had a small hiccup in the process but the team informed us as to situation and what they were doing to fix the issue. On the day of our install the installer open the package only to find that there is no weather seal for garage door in package. He told us he would be back on Saturday between 1-3 since he had a job in Victorville in the morning. He showed up right on time and jumped right in. He was very thorough and cleaned as he went. I would highly recommend these guys for new purchases. I know I will call if anything needs repaired

Jeff Micheloni was my technician that came out to trouble shoot the problem with my garage door opener. He was very helpful and explained everything to me and what the problems could be. You charged us 900 to rebuild our garage door and the next day a panel caved in. Your technician returned one call offering to charge us 400 more and to replace the door We just want the work we paid for fixed. Now he won't return calls or texts and your office has ignored our emails and messages. We will try calling again tomorrow I guess there is no guarantee on your work almost 1000 dollars later. I wish I had known that to begin with .
