Today was the second time this company has helped me. They are prompt and know what they're doing and pleasant with old ladies. If I need assistance with my garage door again I would call them, again. I called them yesterday and they were here today, exactly when they said they'd be here. Five Stars.

I give the service 5 stars...backed into my door, needed help today, and got...Bill was able to get here a couple hours earlier than appointment, and was clean and efficient...wasn't cheap, but it was an emergency (and was less than I expected)...Bill made a couple suggestions, and I am sure I will be using them for maintenance and upgrade services...thank you

all I wanted was a remote. Instead I get a quote for $1600. BTW the garage door opener is functional and working fine. When I asked about the remote the tech said it was $200 (home is only 10 years old btw) I called MFG they tell me the remote sells for $59. DONT CALL THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF>>>>

The garage door spring broke and Bill came out to service it. He was very professional and pleasant. He fixed the problem and assisted me until the garage door was working properly. Yesterday our garage door drive chain came crashing down as we were leaving for a reservation at a local restaurant. Today the 27th of April Jose Perea with an associate came to fix the problem. I was given three choices and I decided to go all the way with a complete rebuild that includes a lifetime warranty. I was told that a copy of the warranty would follow. I am completely satisfied with Mr. Perea's professionalism. Job done to my satisfaction. Two things I would like to confirm, your state license and a copy of the warranty. Thank you

A very nice young representative repaired the track for our door after late in the evening I had struck it with my truck... When I called to book appointment and get estimate I wasn't told that I had to replace two springs when one was broken. The technician told me that was your polity. The person giving estimates should of told me.

I apologize for the confusion. Both of your springs have been lifting your door for the same period of time. When one breaks, you are much better served to replace both springs, as the older spring is likely to break in very short order. Additionally, you save a service charge fee and possibly labor as well. Thank you for your feedback on this issue.

Mark did a great job, everything works fine. The old opener allowed for a key entry for the water softener co. to replace tanks. The new opener does not, we will have to figure that out. The best thing, WE own a 2005 Toyota with the ability to open the door on the rear view mirror, it has never worked and Toyota has never been any help. Well Mark took 10 minutes and now it works. Cain't thank him enough. I give five stars should be more...
