My second experience with Precision, the first was several years ago for Door Opener repair. 4-29 my garage door had a cable come unattached, which then skewed door badly, tearing rollers out of track, twisting track, such that door was jammed, up about 18" on one end. Called Precision late afternoon. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. Appointment scheduled. Derek called the next morning on his way and said he would be here shortly. Arrived right on time, "social-distancing" precautions evident, quickly assessed the problem, and told me door was salvageable, which was a great relief. He then explained options, including re-build, which I opted for....new rollers, cables, springs, lube and adjust all parts. He had it finished in less than 90 minutes....look and operates like new. Derek was a gentleman and obviously knows his stuff. I would highly recommend Precision and Derek....both exceeded my expectations. Thanks!!

I chose Precision Door for all my garage door needs now as they came to my rescue a couple of years ago when my garage door would open and I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP and they came out that night and replaced the motor, springs and checked all the joints and the track to make sure it was back in perfect order and i was good to go the next morning. I have them do my yearly maintenance check and all the techs are super professional and go over everything they did with you. Thank you Precision Door for helping me out !!!! :-)

Your service was timely in all aspects. I had one bent (not frayed) cable that could have been replaced but the tech stated that they come two to a set. So I had to replace both and pay for labor to replace both. I have a company that sells "certified" SS aircraft cables to owners of P51 Mustang aircraft and they are less expensive than your garage door cables. Your charge of $257.00 to replace cables, which took all of 20 to 30 minutes, was just ridiculous. $100.00 for two cable and $100.00 for labor makes you a lot of money but tells me to do it myself next time. I will also give my company a sample of your cable to make up 10 or 20 for myself and others. Maybe I will put them on the internet and sell them for half your price. Again, good service, timely and great attitude but way too expensive for this simple job. "Get real and people will call back. Ripe them off and they will find another way"

Precision was recommended and when I called for an estimate I received good service. Jose came in the time frame and gave me three estimates, explaining each with no pressure. He completed the work in just an hour by replacing the spring, rollers and all moving parts. Very friendly, a hard worker and made sure the door was new again.

Field Service Tech came out right away and found the problem. Put down 50% deposit ($300) for the garage door system and was told Stephanie would call to set up installation appointment. No call came. I have called them multiple times (it's a dispatch person), gave up and asked for a refund. Now, they won't call me back. Filing a police report on Monday and one with BBB.

Ken Jaquez our serviceman was very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the options for repairing our 20year+ garage door. Although the electric opener was also old it was still working perfectly. He quickly replaced the springs, rollers and brackets. The door now closes properly and quite than ever before. our only regret was that he didnt have any new keypads in the truck to replace our badly operating one.

Today is Labor Day and my garage door got stuck open! I googled a garage door repair company and Precision door service came up. And their web site stated they were open today. Jose Peres came out within about 2 hours of my call and replaced my garage door opener in an hour. He then went thru and linked my car to the opener so I didn’t have to use the remote. He even said he was available to help my boyfriend with his link up if there was any problems. Great service all around.
