Yesterday afternoon, while moving stuff in our garage, I accidentally damaged the sensor which prevents closing the door if anything is in the way. I called Precision (which repaired our door a couple of years ago), and they had a technician (Steve) out here this morning (a Saturday). It took him no more than a half hour to install a new sensor and lubricate the track, so the door now works perfectly. VERY prompt and courteous service!

Precision always comes to the rescue when I have an issue with my garage door. My house is in a gated community with strict HOA rules and their prompt response is always something that I appreciate. We had an awesome experience with our service man Carlos Jaquez. He came out to assess our project to install garage door. We weren’t sure it would be possible because there wasn’t prior frame work. Carlos assured it can done. We were ecstatic. He arrived on scheduled time. Carlos went straight to work. His knowledge and experience was quickly evident. He explained in advance what the project was going to entail. We were so happy after the framing, garage door, garage door opener were installed. It looked very nice. Carlos also informed us how to use the garage door opener. We felt Carlos went beyond our expectations. We’re glad to have found Precision garage door services.

The large spring on my automatic garage door mechanism broke on Sunday so I was unable to put my car back in my garage. When I checked for a repair service, I was impressed with the reviews from Precision so I called Sunday evening expecting to leave a message. I actually spoke to a receptionist who was very helpful and scheduled service for the next day, today, to come between 4-6 pm. Since I get off work at 2 pm I told the scheduler that if the repairman could come earlier I'd be there. When I got home today at about 2:15 pm Jose, the repairman, was waiting for me. Within an hour he had my door completely repaired including the parts I needed plus service for the rest of the door mechanism. I was very impressed by the workmanship and professionalism of everyone involved. I want to give a special shout out to JOSE who did the repairs and explained all the work that was done. He also let me know the cost before starting the repairs and gave me two options. Thanks so much to the entire Precision team for your help!!!

Warning: Be sure you receive several bids before you do business with this business We had a door installed and was over charged by a much as $500.00, The cost was $1470.00. Additionally, the installer,two technicians and owner Don could not resolve our issue with the door opener closing. We had to contact Arrow Garage Door in Hemet to troubleshoot the problem and this was their finding: > limit switch was bad which we told the second technician to check and he stated this was not the issue. Both technicians wanted us to replace the Garage door opener and the board in the opener. > Arrow Garage Door informed us the exact same door by the same manufacturer would have cost us $900.00 installed. Precision door is not a reputable company in our opinion and we will never do business with them again. Buyers beware

I have had Precision Garage Door systems put into my last two houses and wouldn’t use any other company for my garage doors. In my first house, the garage doors were so loud and my bedroom was right above the garage so, I had them replaced by Precision and it made a huge difference. The next new house I purchased I told them to not even bother putting in the garage door hardware because I was going to have it replaced by Precision anyway. They are quiet, smooth rolling and last much longer than other systems. The technicians are also very knowledge and helpful. I am in the process of building a home and I am definitely putting a Precision Garage Door system there as well. Thanks!
