I've been in need of a garage door opener ever since we bought our home in 2008. It is now 2018 in a couple of days. Very inconvenient without one. We load and unload all the time our van. We have to unlock our house and go all the way to the Kitchen just to push the button for the garage to open. Now we just push the button when we are driving up, and it's like Moses Parting the Red Sea. Very polite and courteous. Highly Recommend this Company. God Bless.

Very happy with Jarrod whom installed new springs. He was a professional. I would recommend the appointment scheduler check what kind of door you have before you have expectations of the $225 advertised price for new springs. Then when the tech gets to your house, to find out that your quote, is $500 because the doors have insulation and struts making it a heavier door therefore requiring higher rated springs. It would be easy for the scheduler to verify the doors to have a better price range. The advertised price is for the basic door. This would be advisable to the consumer to know what kind of door you have to get a proper expectation range of cost, not the lowest advertised price.

I had Precision put in a brand new garage door. It had to be special ordered, because it was an unusual color. Then, today, someone ran into it, with their car! I was so upset, but I called Precision, and even though it is Sunday, they came right out, and got the garage door opened, so I could get my car out. I then ordered another door. Both men, that worked on my garage doors were so polite and efficient. Their prices are reasonable, too. I will never go to any other garage door company, after the good service I have received here. A spring broke on my double electronic garage door opener. The door became partially bent and would not budge. My car was trapped. I called Precision and Mike arrived within an hour. He replaced only the necessary parts, added a structural truss and was able to salvage the door. Although 25 years old, the Garage Door looks good as new! And the motor is so much quieter. The price for all the special attention was very reasonable. Thank you Precision and thank you Mike.
