The customer service was very good from the first phone call to Steve the repairman. All were very professional with me. Steve was very thorough in his assessment of what was wrong with the door and I appreciated that he did not try to convince me to purchase other products or services. Warning: Be sure you receive several bids before you do business with this business We had a door installed and was over charged by a much as $500.00, The cost was $1470.00. Additionally, the installer,two technicians and owner Don could not resolve our issue with the door opener closing. We had to contact Arrow Garage Door in Hemet to troubleshoot the problem and this was their finding: > limit switch was bad which we told the second technician to check and he stated this was not the issue. Both technicians wanted us to replace the Garage door opener and the board in the opener. > Arrow Garage Door informed us the exact same door by the same manufacturer would have cost us $900.00 installed. Precision door is not a reputable company in our opinion and we will never do business with them again. Buyers beware

I have had Precision Garage Door systems put into my last two houses and wouldn’t use any other company for my garage doors. In my first house, the garage doors were so loud and my bedroom was right above the garage so, I had them replaced by Precision and it made a huge difference. The next new house I purchased I told them to not even bother putting in the garage door hardware because I was going to have it replaced by Precision anyway. They are quiet, smooth rolling and last much longer than other systems. The technicians are also very knowledge and helpful. I am in the process of building a home and I am definitely putting a Precision Garage Door system there as well. Thanks!

I can't say enough good things- or express my gratitude adequately- for the OUTSTANDING service provided by Michael and the Precision team! Firstly, they were extremely polite and professional when I called to schedule my original appointment. Then, when I was forced to reschedule at the last minute, they were more than happy to accommodate me. I really appreciated that! I live in a complex where long-term parking on the street is not allowed. So, when the spring on my garage door broke, I was in a real jam. The door was simply too heavy for me to lift so I HAD to get it repaired. I have experienced some significant financial hardship recently, so I was quite concerned about whether or not I could even afford the repair... very stressful, actually. When Michael arrived, he was very kind and in addition to throughly explaining the repairs that were needed, he bent over backwards to give me the best possible price. He did an excellent job with the repair and gave me useful information about upkeep and a heads up about what might need to be repaired at a later date. I couldn't be happier or more thankful for the quality of products and services I received. Michael and the Precision team took the sting out of a very troubling situation. They were a Godsend, as far as I'm concerned!!! :-D

I would have given 0 however it was not an option. Communication with this company is very poor. I have left 3 emails eith 3 different people the ownertwice, the salesperson twice and one to office personnel. The person that purchased the door had passed away 2 weeks after ordering and they, according to policy, haveto see what they can do. I have actually spoken to a female in the office and she told me she would speak with the owner and get back to me. It never hapoened. Left email with owner no response. Left email with sales person no response. They seem to be keeping the $487 deposit
