We inherited an old working garage door and opener when we bought our house 7 years ago. We decided to 'nurse' the old door opener until it was time to invest in a new one. The repair men have been gracious and understanding when having to 'bandage' the opener. It won't be long before we call them to remove and install our choice of new door and opener.

The Tech (Steve Marsh) arrived on time, briefed me on the garage door opener problem, explained all my options and the price of a new garage door opener. We agreed on the price and Steve proceeded to work in a very professional manner Upon completion of the installation he lubricated all the garage door hinges and explained/demonstrated how the garage door opener worked. Steve is very knowledgeable about his CRAFT. I would rank him as a valuable employee to your organization. Should I ever need future service done, I would request Steve to do the job. Ernie

I can't say enough good things- or express my gratitude adequately- for the OUTSTANDING service provided by Michael and the Precision team! Firstly, they were extremely polite and professional when I called to schedule my original appointment. Then, when I was forced to reschedule at the last minute, they were more than happy to accommodate me. I really appreciated that! I live in a complex where long-term parking on the street is not allowed. So, when the spring on my garage door broke, I was in a real jam. The door was simply too heavy for me to lift so I HAD to get it repaired. I have experienced some significant financial hardship recently, so I was quite concerned about whether or not I could even afford the repair... very stressful, actually. When Michael arrived, he was very kind and in addition to throughly explaining the repairs that were needed, he bent over backwards to give me the best possible price. He did an excellent job with the repair and gave me useful information about upkeep and a heads up about what might need to be repaired at a later date. I couldn't be happier or more thankful for the quality of products and services I received. Michael and the Precision team took the sting out of a very troubling situation. They were a Godsend, as far as I'm concerned!!! :-D

I would have given 0 however it was not an option. Communication with this company is very poor. I have left 3 emails eith 3 different people the ownertwice, the salesperson twice and one to office personnel. The person that purchased the door had passed away 2 weeks after ordering and they, according to policy, haveto see what they can do. I have actually spoken to a female in the office and she told me she would speak with the owner and get back to me. It never hapoened. Left email with owner no response. Left email with sales person no response. They seem to be keeping the $487 deposit

We chose Precision, becuase we had used this company with satisfactiion in the past. We were pleased with this call for services, which resulted in a 24 hour response; the responder was polite, know his business, and when beyond the requirements. He showed us tat the most economical solution was a new door and helped us get our car outside of the garage, so it could be used, while we waited for the new door to arrive and be installed.

I initially chose Precision Door Service because they advertised 24/7 service and because I really was impressed that they provided photos and full names of their Technicians and their Installer. I felt that this was very important for security purposes in knowing who would be coming out to my home and that they were truly employees of the company. From Stephanie (in the office) to Jarrod Zamora (initial Technician who did assessment of problem/provided estimated costs) and Carlos Jaquez (actual Installer of my new garage door): each one was friendly, yet professional in their demeanor, willing to answer any questions and provide information in a clear, forthcoming manner and did so patiently, courteously. Mr. Jaquez (Installer) arrived on time the day of installation, worked quickly, finishing in about an hour. He also cleaned up my garage area after the job was done and left it neat and clean. He did a fine job and the new door looks and works great. Thank you to everyone at Precision Door.

Great speedy service on my garage repair. Work conducted in no time. Jose the Garage Tech was able to communicate the issue, the corrective action and the possible updates as well. It was not an upscale pitch which I was very happy about. Initially I was just going to do cables, but figured springs are old and need to be replaced. Jose agreed do to age and did that as well. We had a spring break above our garage door and heard a LOUD bang as the garage door attempted to close - luckily nobody was hurt but we needed a quick repair.
