Service was exceptional! Jose Perea arrived for a same day appointment which was awesome. I had the door installed in 2010 and had never had any problems which is a miracle because I never did any maintenance to it or had it serviced. There were several things wrong, springs were buckled, cables frayed, the whole of the parts needed help, big time. Jose was able to take care of everything on the spot in about 45 minutes. I spent more than I'd intended but now have a lifetime warranty so if anything else ever needs to be done, it's covered! Jose was great, so polite and friendly and super fast! Thank you so much!

My experience with Precision Door was exceptional. The technician was very knowledgeable, prompt, polite, clean and fast. The window of arrival was 4 - 6pm and he was in my driveway at exactly 4pm. I was very impressed with the punctuality. He gave me a solution to the broken spring problem and some ideas for maintaining the door and motor. He was finished with the repair in 30 minutes, also impressive. My only issue is that he did not have any silicone spray to use for servicing the door to make it quieter, and the price was higher than I thought was fair.

My garage door spring broke at 3:30 in the afternoon. They had an awesome technician, Mike, at my home by 4:45. He was very knowledgeable and gave multiple options to solve my problem. I was lied to by the person on the phone and told they could replace one garage door spring, when the technician showed up he said he could not just change one spring and he would have to replace both springs, the other spring on my door was new so why would I replace it, so I got charged a service fee for nothing
