Up till now, I've only ordered a new garage door, they haven't installed it yet. Jose is the nice young man that came to help me with my door problem, turned out the door I have is no longer in business, so I was advised to get a new one all together, guess mine was very old. Jose explained it to me, I had read the reviews on your web site, I know some of the people from Norco who had written the reviews, they were happy with the doors.

Extremely disappointed. Here I was thinking that I had five years free labor and 20 years on parts and was charged labor and parts because it was different parts. Could understand the parts because these weren't parts that were replaced before but the labor I was not happy about. This is a couple months after I just paid $800 for door repair. And the repairman said we must have backed into the door...not. And not good too blame us...could it have been the way he adjusted the door when they "fixed" it before. I will no longer call precision door to work on my garage door...time to find somebody else.

Fantastic service from start to finish!!. Jose was very knowledgeable and finished the work in less than an hour. Jose was even able to program my Homelink which is definitely above and beyond!!! Definitely recommend Precision Door Service to others.

I was totally pleased with Jose's work. He arrived a few minutes early which was very nice and thoughtful. He gave me a realistic estimate both for what had to be done and what could be done. Jose consummate professional while working lie the energizer bunny. He explained to me exactly what he was doing and what to not do. I would do business with Precision Garage door repair again.

I received 3 repair bids from local companies and Precision was in the middle. What helped me with my decision was how helpful their office staff was. I received an e-mail with my appointment time for the same day. Dean phoned me when he was leaving his previous job so I didn't have to wait around all day. He took the time to explain what he felt needed to be addressed now and what could wait till a later time with no pressure on my decision and gave me advice for the future to keep my door working in top shape. My door works and sounds as it did the first day it was installed. You get what you pay for and I'm glad I paid Precision

Your BBB accreditation seal was a big reason for contacting you; also read the reviews of previous users of your repair service in our Riverside area. Jose telephoned ahead of time, as promised, arrived promptly, assessed the problem and gave us some options. We needed new springs and rollers and a drum and some wheels He performed the repair quickly, efficiently. The door is functioning smoothly & quietly. Better than new (which was 17 years ago). He is more than able and professional, he is also straightforward and very personable. We are highly satisfied. Thanks very much.

Dean provided WOW! customer service! He needed a part to fix my opener and didn't have one on his truck.( This was on a Friday afternoon.) He said he could come back on Monday to finish the repair. Sensing my disappointment, he called around, found the part, PICKED IT UP ! and finished the repair. He was so understanding of the fact that I was concerned about an unsecure garage over the weekend. I'd call that WOW customer service. Thank you so much!

The gentelman that came out was prompt and explained everything well and seemed to be honest with us. He was neat and clean and the job didnt take that long.We chose to have the most expensive work done but thats on us. It remains to be seen if the company will treat us as well if the occasion arises that we need them to come back because the parts have a lifetime warrenty and we have a warrenty for 3 years on the labor. but so far so good the garage door seems to be working well and the genelman that did the work did some extra tweaking to the door to make it less noisy. all in all he did a very nice job. I am surprised that such an employee is not immediately promoted directly to the top and into a position of leadership over all employees so that his level of professionalism, his product knowledge and installation expertise, and his calm demeanor and intelligent example of leadership might be learned and then quickly spread throughout your fine company. I called Precision late Friday and reprted that my cables had jumped off the spindle. The young lady listen to my concerns and stated that a repairman would be out the next moring. The repairman (Lance) arrived during the time Precision said he would. Did a quick assessment of my garage he asured me that he could fix the broken cables. Very professional, a fair price with a one year warranty. on a scale of 1-5, Precision gets a "5" Plus they have military discounts.
