I found Precision Garage Door company online June 12. I called at 8 AM to see if they could come out and check the unit at my Dad's. By 10AM Johnny and Devon were there. They had to install a new garage door unit as the other was quite old and not working. They did an efficient and outstanding job. My dad was so excited to get in the garage without having to try 3-5 times of pushing the garage door opener. Happy Father's Day Dad

Up till now, I've only ordered a new garage door, they haven't installed it yet. Jose is the nice young man that came to help me with my door problem, turned out the door I have is no longer in business, so I was advised to get a new one all together, guess mine was very old. Jose explained it to me, I had read the reviews on your web site, I know some of the people from Norco who had written the reviews, they were happy with the doors.

Extremely disappointed. Here I was thinking that I had five years free labor and 20 years on parts and was charged labor and parts because it was different parts. Could understand the parts because these weren't parts that were replaced before but the labor I was not happy about. This is a couple months after I just paid $800 for door repair. And the repairman said we must have backed into the door...not. And not good too blame us...could it have been the way he adjusted the door when they "fixed" it before. I will no longer call precision door to work on my garage door...time to find somebody else.

I received 3 repair bids from local companies and Precision was in the middle. What helped me with my decision was how helpful their office staff was. I received an e-mail with my appointment time for the same day. Dean phoned me when he was leaving his previous job so I didn't have to wait around all day. He took the time to explain what he felt needed to be addressed now and what could wait till a later time with no pressure on my decision and gave me advice for the future to keep my door working in top shape.
