Jose arrived in short order. His ability to quickly assess the problems, clearly present his plan for correction, & substantiate the pricing was very impressive. I will continue to use, & recommend, ONE Garage Door Compny, Precision!

Service was good as it has been in the past as well. BUT, I called 3 times and left messages regarding my AAA discount (and or) my Angie's List discount through the customer service telephone line. Now what they did with my messages could not tell you. Even, our tech "Jose Perez" said he will have someone call us back. As a matter of fact, he claimed, he was going to have lunch with boss's, and let them know. This all started back on March 28th and here its April 8th. When someone says they will have someone call us back, they should mean it. Again, recommend this company...I guess so, but insure you get clarification on any discounts BEFORE you have them do anything. Never had this trouble in the past before...i guess this company became to big be over the time. Left messages on the following dates and times; March 28th @ 12:12pm March 28th @ 4:30 pm March 30th @ 10:46 am

Jose came out and was very friendly and helpful. It was a busy day at my house that day and he was very patient with all the chaos. I was given options to find what best fit my needs at the time. I love our new garage door opener and rollers, the door is so quite now :) Also, Jose was very helpful in getting our gate openers programmed as well. Thank you.

Bill Weier was great, and really came to the rescue tonight. He fixed and replaced our broken springs on the garage door fast and efficiently. Shane Stewart did an excellent job replacing the springs, rollers, cams etc. on my existing door. He also replaced my 13 year old opener with a new Lift-Master belt drive, My door is quieter and runs smoother than it did when it was new. Many thanks to Shane and all the staff at Precision.

Late Sunday afternoon, our 13 year old garage door opener died. You dont appreciate that technology until you have to open the garage door by hand. I called your local number and the phone was answered in under two minutes. To our pleasant surprise, a tech showed up in under an hour. By the end of dinner, we had a replacement garage door opener installed. Amazingly responsive and professional service.

I found Precision Garage Door company online June 12. I called at 8 AM to see if they could come out and check the unit at my Dad's. By 10AM Johnny and Devon were there. They had to install a new garage door unit as the other was quite old and not working. They did an efficient and outstanding job. My dad was so excited to get in the garage without having to try 3-5 times of pushing the garage door opener. Happy Father's Day Dad
