I was lied to by the person on the phone and told they could replace one garage door spring, when the technician showed up he said he could not just change one spring and he would have to replace both springs, the other spring on my door was new so why would I replace it, so I got charged a service fee for nothing

Our two garage doors (1 double and 1 single) were not working even though the motors in both were good. The single needed adjustments and a heavier spring while the double needed maintenance service and re-installation of the driver belt. Our technician was Jose Peara and he couldn't have been better. While others have serviced our doors and offered maintenance tips in the past, none where as complete as Jose. The service from the other company was fine but Jose was vastly superior. He was fast, gave complete explanations of what was needed, and, most importantly, he gave more tips and explanations for maintaining the doors. Others gave tips, but they sure missed some important tips when compared to Jose.

Nine months ago I got a new door and Mike Napolitano was the technician they had sent out. He told me my options and I decided on a new garage door. Well, fast forward nine months to a couple weeks ago when I started hearing strange sounds coming from the door as it was opening. I called precision and Mike came out the next day with five star friendly service. He fix the problem and instructed me on what to do annually. I will continue to use and promote Precision Garage Door.

I called at 12:15 for routine service and a few remotes. Jose was not only here by 2:00 but he called first to let me know he was in route. He was GREAT! When your garage door torsion springs break and your garage door weighs more than 400 pounds, guess what....you car is locked in your garage. That happened at 7:00 in the morning. After extensive review of all repair companies, Precision's website gave me the confidence to call them. By the afternoon the springs were replaced, cable replaced (they were frayed and another company probably would not have said anything), new rollers installed, etc. The tech. Jose Perea and his assistant Mike worked their magic, with smiles on their faces and personality. I would hire them away if I still had my business....(I retired) Best to you guys! I recommend everyone have Precision evaluate your garage door system BEFORE something drastic happens and your car is "locked up"! Preventative service..not panic service.

Overall satisfied with the work. Jose, the service tech, arrived on time and was polite and professional. The overall cost was about $75 higher than what I was quoted over the phone. I called Precision to see if they could lower the cost a bit to match the phone estimate, but they did not lower the price. Expect to pay a minimum of $324 for a simple spring replacement. The service was completed in about 30 minutes. Jose greased and oiled the other moving parts on the garage opener and overall system. It sounds much quieter and runs smoother. Overall, a great job, just a bit more expensive than what I expected.

Service was good as it has been in the past as well. BUT, I called 3 times and left messages regarding my AAA discount (and or) my Angie's List discount through the customer service telephone line. Now what they did with my messages could not tell you. Even, our tech "Jose Perez" said he will have someone call us back. As a matter of fact, he claimed, he was going to have lunch with boss's, and let them know. This all started back on March 28th and here its April 8th. When someone says they will have someone call us back, they should mean it. Again, recommend this company...I guess so, but insure you get clarification on any discounts BEFORE you have them do anything. Never had this trouble in the past before...i guess this company became to big be over the time. Left messages on the following dates and times; March 28th @ 12:12pm March 28th @ 4:30 pm March 30th @ 10:46 am

Late Sunday afternoon, our 13 year old garage door opener died. You dont appreciate that technology until you have to open the garage door by hand. I called your local number and the phone was answered in under two minutes. To our pleasant surprise, a tech showed up in under an hour. By the end of dinner, we had a replacement garage door opener installed. Amazingly responsive and professional service.
