So pleased with the efficiency of the Service Representative. He determined the problem and had the Door in operation without issue. Now that it is working properly, I realize why it was so noisy. I would definitely not hesitate to call on Precision Door Service in the future.

Shane Stewart did an excellent job replacing the springs, rollers, cams etc. on my existing door. He also replaced my 13 year old opener with a new Lift-Master belt drive, My door is quieter and runs smoother than it did when it was new. Many thanks to Shane and all the staff at Precision.

Late Sunday afternoon, our 13 year old garage door opener died. You dont appreciate that technology until you have to open the garage door by hand. I called your local number and the phone was answered in under two minutes. To our pleasant surprise, a tech showed up in under an hour. By the end of dinner, we had a replacement garage door opener installed. Amazingly responsive and professional service.

Jose arrived on time and explained entire problem and what needed to be done. He was respectful, intelligent and understanding of my needs. He quickly and efficiently installed necessary equipment. Everything worked exactly as described and I 100% believe he sold me nothing I didn't need. Door works better than ever and no longer squeaks and groans. I called a little before noon on a Saturday and the technition arrived at 1:30. He did the repairs and I was expecting to pay a premium for the Saturday service. I was totally surprised and very pleased when I went to pay. I would highly recommend them for any needs regarding garage doors.

I found Precision Garage Door company online June 12. I called at 8 AM to see if they could come out and check the unit at my Dad's. By 10AM Johnny and Devon were there. They had to install a new garage door unit as the other was quite old and not working. They did an efficient and outstanding job. My dad was so excited to get in the garage without having to try 3-5 times of pushing the garage door opener. Happy Father's Day Dad
