The technician arrived on time and was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I needed a new spring, bearing plate, and two cables for my single car garage door. The technician had the repair completed in under 1/2 hour. I had chosen the $499 plan. Replacing coil springs is dangerous work even if you know what you are doing. I leave it to the experts. My only reason for a four star review is that on my receipt there was no charge for labor and only the prices of the new parts installed and no 'pass' or 'fail'check marks for the inspection points on the receipt provided me.

ABSOLUTELY DON’T GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! We call them out to replace our weather stripping around our garage. Jorge came out and assessed our garage, said we needed a bunch of work done. My husband asked him if he could replace the weather stripping, he said he didn’t have any on the truck. That’s what we called him out to do. He changed us $69.95 for an estimate. Not even to mention it was a ridiculous amount. The email they sent said to contact them before we wrote a review and they would make it right. We have called 5 times in four days with a promise that someone would call us back and no one has, what a joke!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ***under service perform below- A BIG FAT NOTHING for $69.95

Carlos did a great job repairing my garage door. He was early, had the repair complete in no time at all and was professional to the extreme. He suggested some improvements and explained why they would be helpful. He gave me up front pricing which did not change after-the-fact. Best of all there was no push for a new door, no sales pitch and no pressure. I can’t imagine how the experience could have been any better!

Way over priced $600 for 2 tortion Springs It charged a $109 for 2 cables that I didn't need 93 bucks for spraying the wheels with lube spray and failing me on a bunch of stuff on the check list that are not bad and a199.00 per spring after I found the same ones on line for 49 bucks and the invoice shows both springs with the same part number but one is 3 inches shorter and worst the the door is making all kinds of snapping noises it didn't have before I'm afraid to even call them back just not fare!!!!

George was great! He diagnosed and fixed the problem of our garage door very fast and explained to us what the problems are and what needs to be done. He gave us suggestions and options regarding pricing and possible future problems we may encounter with our garage door. He even helped us set up the MyQ app on our cell phones. When the garage door won't work, it's a real problem for Wifey! I called Precision and they sent Benny Urbino, Technician, out the same day. We had a new garage door opener installed with new springs, etc., the next day. We're back in business. Thank you to Precision and Benny for the quick response and upgraded Liftmaster garage door opener.
