Overall satisfied with the work. Jose, the service tech, arrived on time and was polite and professional. The overall cost was about $75 higher than what I was quoted over the phone. I called Precision to see if they could lower the cost a bit to match the phone estimate, but they did not lower the price. Expect to pay a minimum of $324 for a simple spring replacement. The service was completed in about 30 minutes. Jose greased and oiled the other moving parts on the garage opener and overall system. It sounds much quieter and runs smoother. Overall, a great job, just a bit more expensive than what I expected.

Service was good as it has been in the past as well. BUT, I called 3 times and left messages regarding my AAA discount (and or) my Angie's List discount through the customer service telephone line. Now what they did with my messages could not tell you. Even, our tech "Jose Perez" said he will have someone call us back. As a matter of fact, he claimed, he was going to have lunch with boss's, and let them know. This all started back on March 28th and here its April 8th. When someone says they will have someone call us back, they should mean it. Again, recommend this company...I guess so, but insure you get clarification on any discounts BEFORE you have them do anything. Never had this trouble in the past before...i guess this company became to big be over the time. Left messages on the following dates and times; March 28th @ 12:12pm March 28th @ 4:30 pm March 30th @ 10:46 am

Jose came out and was very friendly and helpful. It was a busy day at my house that day and he was very patient with all the chaos. I was given options to find what best fit my needs at the time. I love our new garage door opener and rollers, the door is so quite now :) Also, Jose was very helpful in getting our gate openers programmed as well. Thank you.

So pleased with the efficiency of the Service Representative. He determined the problem and had the Door in operation without issue. Now that it is working properly, I realize why it was so noisy. I would definitely not hesitate to call on Precision Door Service in the future.

Extremely disappointed. Here I was thinking that I had five years free labor and 20 years on parts and was charged labor and parts because it was different parts. Could understand the parts because these weren't parts that were replaced before but the labor I was not happy about. This is a couple months after I just paid $800 for door repair. And the repairman said we must have backed into the door...not. And not good too blame us...could it have been the way he adjusted the door when they "fixed" it before. I will no longer call precision door to work on my garage door...time to find somebody else.

Your BBB accreditation seal was a big reason for contacting you; also read the reviews of previous users of your repair service in our Riverside area. Jose telephoned ahead of time, as promised, arrived promptly, assessed the problem and gave us some options. We needed new springs and rollers and a drum and some wheels He performed the repair quickly, efficiently. The door is functioning smoothly & quietly. Better than new (which was 17 years ago). He is more than able and professional, he is also straightforward and very personable. We are highly satisfied. Thanks very much.

Dean provided WOW! customer service! He needed a part to fix my opener and didn't have one on his truck.( This was on a Friday afternoon.) He said he could come back on Monday to finish the repair. Sensing my disappointment, he called around, found the part, PICKED IT UP ! and finished the repair. He was so understanding of the fact that I was concerned about an unsecure garage over the weekend. I'd call that WOW customer service. Thank you so much!

The gentelman that came out was prompt and explained everything well and seemed to be honest with us. He was neat and clean and the job didnt take that long.We chose to have the most expensive work done but thats on us. It remains to be seen if the company will treat us as well if the occasion arises that we need them to come back because the parts have a lifetime warrenty and we have a warrenty for 3 years on the labor. but so far so good the garage door seems to be working well and the genelman that did the work did some extra tweaking to the door to make it less noisy. all in all he did a very nice job. After one phone call, I had an appointment the following day and the work was done professionally and efficiently in less time than I would expect it to take. Lance Thurlow (the Precision technician) was excellent! I am surprised that such an employee is not immediately promoted directly to the top and into a position of leadership over all employees so that his level of professionalism, his product knowledge and installation expertise, and his calm demeanor and intelligent example of leadership might be learned and then quickly spread throughout your fine company. I work with and evaluate hundreds of potential allied health professionals every day in my classes and I can honestly say that Lance is the real deal. He is excellent at his job. Definitely 5 STARS!! Nine months ago I got a new door and Mike Napolitano was the technician they had sent out. He told me my options and I decided on a new garage door. Well, fast forward nine months to a couple weeks ago when I started hearing strange sounds coming from the door as it was opening. I called precision and Mike came out the next day with five star friendly service. He fix the problem and instructed me on what to do annually. I will continue to use and promote Precision Garage Door.
