I called Precision late Friday and reprted that my cables had jumped off the spindle. The young lady listen to my concerns and stated that a repairman would be out the next moring. The repairman (Lance) arrived during the time Precision said he would. Did a quick assessment of my garage he asured me that he could fix the broken cables. Very professional, a fair price with a one year warranty. on a scale of 1-5, Precision gets a "5" Plus they have military discounts.

I picked Precision because of the great reviews it had. We had to have our garage door springs replaced. Dean did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He did a great job and I would call Precision and ask for Dean, if we need service in the future!

The garage door Spirng broke on a Sunday, and after placing a call, the technician arrived at our home withi the next hour! Very courteous and walked me through the repair process and completed the job quickly. Defiantly would recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.

I was very impressed with the quick service on a Sunday. The technician was very pleasant. I was a little disappointed in the cost of the repair. After completing some research on garage door spring repairs, I found that I paid $100-$200 more than the average. This puts a person in a precarious situation when you rely so heavily on your garage door.

The service I received from Precision Garage Doors was terrific! The technician, Dean Laurenson, called me to let me know that I was next on his schedule. He arrived as promised, dressed in the uniform, and clearly identifying himself. He was courteous and friendly, and, while being an engaging conversationalist, stuck to his task not wasting time. The company worked with me to make paying for the job easier. If given the opportunity, I will happily recommend Precision Garage Doors to friends/family.

Had my garage door repaired back in 2010 and all parts were under warranty by the same company. Two tech's arrived at my door in less than 24 hrs. They were able to diagnosis the issue and in less than 35 mins they had installed new drums, cables and resolved my issue. They also fixed the gap at the bottom of the door. They only charged a small labor fee which I was more than happy to pay. Great service and a lifetime warranty on parts. Thanks again...

I appreciate being given choices of service and the tech. was great but starting with a $200 repair that moved to an almost $900 "best" repair is kind of silly. Bill was super nice and informative.
