Friday evening door won't open even manually. Had to get our son to the airport. Phone book add said emergency service 24/7 and a person answers the phone. Dave the tech was there half hour later. Explained everything and did repair quickly. Called other places and told emergency service next day was soonest or very large charge. Precision was reasonable, and did what they promised in their ad.

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service and it was a good one. As distressing as it is having to deal with an unexpected repair, Jerad's professional demeanor made the whole process pleasant. He was on-time if not a little early for the appointment time. He did an excellent job of finishing the repair quickly.

Very courteous technician. No nonsense, went straight to the problem. Was very patient in dealing with the fact that I was the tenant and not the landlord. He took care of servicing the garage door and lubricating all parts that needed cleaning and made very good suggestions. Made all the necessary adjustments to ensure the life of the garage door.
