This is the 2nd time that Jose has come out. I am very pleased with him and with his service. He repaired a problem that another company caused. The electric eyes were in the wrong place and did not respond they way that they should have.

I had the belt break on a weird brand opener and couldn't source repair parts, so it was repair by replacement. Nice job in 1.5 hours and better piece of equipment with a great guarantee.

Very pleased with the total package. You kept us informed as to when the tech would arrive etc. When Josh arrived he was pleasant and went about the job like a pro. Work Performed was to replace my broken old garage garage door opener that had a broken screw drive assembly. I choose Precision because they provide service on weekends (this was a Saturday) allowing me to get the problem fixed instead of waiting until a week day. The technician arrived exactly as I was told he would. Plus he called 30 minutes before arriving which I greatly appreciated. Also my new opener has a lifetime guarantee except for the the electronics.

Jose was very professional, courteous and friendly. Response time from initial call to Precision to Jose showing up was literally only 1 hr and 15 min. Jose explained the options available for the repair, suggested some things to consider in servicing the door, and installed the new torsion springs and new rollers in less than 1 hour. Incredible service in this day and age! Would happily recommend Precision to friends and neighbors. Well done!

I purchased a remote for my garage which never worked with both of the garage doors. I called 3 times and when the technician came , he reprogramed the remote. The next day the remote control was not working again. I paid $85 for a remote that did not work and they could not fix it.
