Jose was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. In high school he played baseball and ran the Cross Country event. After high school he coached high school and little league baseball for 10 years. His favorite professional sports teams are the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys. Jose spent 3 years in the Army and was stationed in Colorado and South Korea. He spent several years servicing a route with a major food company and co-owned a restaurant in Los Angeles for several years. Jose is bi-lingual, and presently lives in Ontario. He is a people-person and looks forward to helping you with your garage door needs.

I am very impressed by the way you do business. I was surprised to get an email announcing the technician's arrival time along with pictures of your staff for verification! Your tech, Jose, explained everything to me and I fully understood why mechanisms had to be replaced etc. He showed me the defective parts. He was great!

I am VERY, VERY satisfied with my most recent service experience with Precision! Jose Perea and his very helpful assistant came out and were very professional! After accessing what needed to be replaced they both began to quickly work on my door. They both replaced the needed items and serviced the door and checked it for proper operation. After they were done the door now operates like it is brand NEW! I was very impressed with the quality of work they both did. Up till now, I've only ordered a new garage door, they haven't installed it yet. Jose is the nice young man that came to help me with my door problem, turned out the door I have is no longer in business, so I was advised to get a new one all together, guess mine was very old. Jose explained it to me, I had read the reviews on your web site, I know some of the people from Norco who had written the reviews, they were happy with the doors.

Yesterday our garage door drive chain came crashing down as we were leaving for a reservation at a local restaurant. Today the 27th of April Jose Perea with an associate came to fix the problem. I was given three choices and I decided to go all the way with a complete rebuild that includes a lifetime warranty. I was told that a copy of the warranty would follow. I am completely satisfied with Mr. Perea's professionalism. Job done to my satisfaction. Two things I would like to confirm, your state license and a copy of the warranty. Thank you

When I called to book appointment and get estimate I wasn't told that I had to replace two springs when one was broken. The technician told me that was your polity. The person giving estimates should of told me.

I apologize for the confusion. Both of your springs have been lifting your door for the same period of time. When one breaks, you are much better served to replace both springs, as the older spring is likely to break in very short order. Additionally, you save a service charge fee and possibly labor as well. Thank you for your feedback on this issue.
