Jose was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. In high school he played baseball and ran the Cross Country event. After high school he coached high school and little league baseball for 10 years. His favorite professional sports teams are the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys. Jose spent 3 years in the Army and was stationed in Colorado and South Korea. He spent several years servicing a route with a major food company and co-owned a restaurant in Los Angeles for several years. Jose is bi-lingual, and presently lives in Ontario. He is a people-person and looks forward to helping you with your garage door needs.

Service was good as it has been in the past as well. BUT, I called 3 times and left messages regarding my AAA discount (and or) my Angie's List discount through the customer service telephone line. Now what they did with my messages could not tell you. Even, our tech "Jose Perez" said he will have someone call us back. As a matter of fact, he claimed, he was going to have lunch with boss's, and let them know. This all started back on March 28th and here its April 8th. When someone says they will have someone call us back, they should mean it. Again, recommend this company...I guess so, but insure you get clarification on any discounts BEFORE you have them do anything. Never had this trouble in the past before...i guess this company became to big be over the time. Left messages on the following dates and times; March 28th @ 12:12pm March 28th @ 4:30 pm March 30th @ 10:46 am

First contact (I didn't get name) was cheerful and her smile easily made it across the phone line. She advised that a tech guy was in the area and she'd make room for me. I had just been told by another Precision door company who told me a three day wait was in the cards due to the severe wind storm we had here on 3/30. She was pleasant enough but really didn't sound like new business was important to her. The other Precision door number was already in my phone from a previous service I must have had. Needing immediate service prompted me to start calling from the internet listings I could find and I found you folks. Jose topped the service caLL off by being super face to face and actually careing for my problem and called to confirm the appointment made through your office. He was an early finisher on the job before mine and was super pleasant and accommodating. I was impressed at his interest in my problem and his determination to fix it to my liking. I purchased my garage door and opener from Precision in 2011. I have always used Precision for any repairs needed. Precision is always courteous and professional. Today was no exception. The cables on the garage door were becoming frayed and not functioning properly. Jose Perea was the technician who responded to my home. Jose was very knowledgeable and thorough about explaining what was needed and in getting the job done. Thank you for doing a great job!

Jose was very personable and a great representative of Precision. He explained my options and found that with a broken spring and motor to replace the whole system. The new opener is modern (WIFI), dual lights and remotes, so I can open the door with my built-in remote in my car or use my smart phone. A neighbor, two doors down, has the same problem with his door and I recommended Precision. Great job Jose.

I live in a very dark, desolate,but beautiful place called Devore! My safety is extremely important and paramount to me and my family. I was having trouble with my door opening, then falling and then unable to reopen door. On this last holiday 5-31-16, I met Jose Perea(WOW). He was so professional and polite, he renewed my faith in contractors(Smile). He new exactly what needed to be done and he knew how to do it!!! My door is quieter, more efficient and I have a whole new system such as motion lighting, wall panel with temperature, date and rotating codes every time I open the door; adding to my safety and security. I can go on and on about Jose but that would take at least week(smile). Oh, not coming on to him, but did I mention that Jose was clean and neat and may I say, not bad to look at(smile). Jose, you made my day, even on a holiday!!!
