Jorge was born in Whittier, but attended high school in Santa Fe Springs. He attended college at Rio Hondo, studying Electrical Engineering. He loves playing basketball, but his favorite sport has always been soccer. He played soccer for 3 years in high school and still plays occasionally on weekends. He enjoys spending time with his family, which includes a newborn daughter. Jorge enjoys traveling, and that most recently included vacations to France and Italy. His favorite sport is still soccer, and his favorite team is Real Madrid. Jorge is a real "peoples person".

George was great! He diagnosed and fixed the problem of our garage door very fast and explained to us what the problems are and what needs to be done. He gave us suggestions and options regarding pricing and possible future problems we may encounter with our garage door. He even helped us set up the MyQ app on our cell phones. You guys were great. I called 6:30pm on Thursday night ,they answered and worked around my schedule and Jorge was on time and early as I requested, I needed a new unit and Jorge gave me options. He was very good and explained everything to me, cleaned up and made it look like nothing ever happened.

Very nice installation of our new garage door opener. Jorge Fortanel was great and he answered all my questions. Installation was fast and efficient. Cost was a bit pricey and they only carry LiftMaster openers but it didnt prevent us from using their service.

I heard about Precision Door Service from friends over the years. I was meaning to have my door serviced every 2 years but forgot and let it go. I was very happy that Jorge and his partner were the one's sent to my home as they explained all to me and I understood a little but knew I had a major problem. I stayed in my home the whole time excepts a few times they did knock on the laundry room door to advice of a few things. When they were finished I came out to the garage I paid them and they left. OH! I have to say......I loved the work that "George did on my (2) Garage Doors!!! He was polite and respectful!! He listened well and he wanted to do all he could to Quiet my NOISY DOORS and LUBE them!! He even Vacuumed the railings and took apart the light Boxes for me, so I could Clean them and have more LIGHT when I open My Garage Doors!! HE fulfilled all that I asked him to do and MORE!
