Mike Napolitano got here 5 mns. into his two hr. window. He repaired a major mistake from another company. He installed the parts the other co. did'nt. I could not get my door down sometimes because the other co. didnt install half the parts they should have. My door now is so quiet and closes the first time. We have been checking into replacing our old tilt up garage door and contacted Precision for an estimate.
