I selected Precision Door service based on the reviews I’d seen from yelp and Google. My garage door was making a lot of noise and the garage door opener seemed to be laboring to open and close the door. I wanted it checked to make sure everything was working properly so as not to burn out the motor on the door opener. Ivan came out same day and on time. He was very professional and helpful. He tested everything and showed me the opener and garage door were working properly. While he was there I had him do a tune up and he also helped me install the MyQ app on my phone. Went above and beyond. Very happy with the service and his knowledge and experience he had. Definitely would recommend this company for any garage door needs.

Ivan Estrada did a great job and our door is working great. Another technician actually showed up earlier at our home but we were not there to get serviced earlier. Door spring and pulley were updated quickly and the price was fair. I will continue to have Precision as our door service going forward.

Our garage door spring broke. Almost on top of me .so I needed someone to fix it. I looked on google saw the first one with a phone # and I called. Thinking it’s going to take about 3 days for someone to come fix it. Nope same day. An hour after I called I got a call I’m 10 min away. Benny Urbino called a little earlier than our scheduled appointment which we appreciated. He arrived soon thereafter and did his inspection. Based on his inspection, professionalism and expertise we elected to invest a bit more than expected. Within a fairly short time period our garage doors were renovated & a new state of the art opener installed. We are very happy and would highly recommend this company.
