The installer called prior to the appointment time. He arrived at precisely the time he stated, evaluated the repairs needed and suggested repairs that would insure the problem would not occur again. He completed repairs quickly and efficiently in less time than he quoted . This was a ten out of ten .

I have no idea why and I've now called an electrician. I am just hopeful when the electrician gets the electric working in the garage again that the door will work. I chose Precision because of the same day service. My garage door jumped off the tracks when it hit something. It needed to be reset and it was recommended that the springs be replaced to avoid this problem again. You would think a $500 repair is a lot until you consider that this company came out within hours of calling and repaired immediately. I have much more than $500 worth of tools in my garage that could have been stolen if my garage door was left open overnight. I truly appreciate the speed and efficiency of protecting my home.
