Had a Garage door issue, the dawn thing jump the track, separated the cables and would not lift. Ran the motor one more time to try and get some response from the door and nothing. All the motor did was hum. OK, that was that not going to burn this thing out. Called Precision after seeing their commercial on tv. They were direct, honest with me about scheduling and were prompt on arrival the following day as scheduled. The technician came out, met mike for the first time, pleasant gentleman, business approach and appearance and dissect the problem immediately and gave me some options that I thought was reasonable. I chose the one I liked and he went to work on it right away. Finished the job in one to two hours and I felt like I had a brand new door. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Jose Perea. Precision had come out a few months ago because the garage door wouldn't open . . . the technician serviced the motor then and got it working temporarily, but warned us it could possibly break again soon. And it did. Jose came out within a couple hours of my call, showed us the problem (broken gears inside the motor), quickly replaced the motor and the springs, which he had in stock on his truck, and got us back in business in no time. While he was here, I asked about installing openers on two doors on our back garage, one of which he did that day, the other motor had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in a couple days later, he was back to install that. He was extremely personable and friendly, his service was efficient and very professional, he programmed all the transmitters including the one in my car, and everything was totally cleaned up when he left. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to my friends.

Service was exceptional! Jose Perea arrived for a same day appointment which was awesome. I had the door installed in 2010 and had never had any problems which is a miracle because I never did any maintenance to it or had it serviced. There were several things wrong, springs were buckled, cables frayed, the whole of the parts needed help, big time. Jose was able to take care of everything on the spot in about 45 minutes. I spent more than I'd intended but now have a lifetime warranty so if anything else ever needs to be done, it's covered! Jose was great, so polite and friendly and super fast! Thank you so much!
