I randomly picked this company based on their reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I like the fact that they are 24 hours. I was able to call later in the evening and was able to get a servicer out early the next day. Jose was my servicer and he was prompt and friendly. I ended up needing a whole new opener and he had it installed in about an hour. I'm not one to be easily impressed but the customer service from the phone operator to the servicer was top notch. Hi, I chose your company because I had service by you about 10 years ago. Also I called on a Sunday and got an appointment on Monday morning. My garage door cable broke and the car was stuck in the garage. Mind you, this big wooden door was put in during the ‘60’s. Larger than most and veryyyyy heavy. Your technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to lift the door to get the car out and then we ordered 2 new doors with all new everything that goes with them. ????

Worth EVERY penny. Jose was professional, very understanding, incredibly helpful, informative & friendly. He let us know the exact amount we would be spending without any last minute add ons. He spent less than an hour installing our brand new garage opener, replacing sensors & wall switch. He cleaned up after himself so well, you'd never guess we just had a repairman out to do any work at all. He even took our old opener so we didn't have to worry about disposal. HIGHLY recommend them!
