Jose Perea was the tech that repaired our garage door. He showed up at 7 AM on a Saturday morning because I had an emergency and needed to get my cars out of the garage by 8 AM. Service tech came early, called to say he was on his way, showed us exactly what was wrong, brought in his ipad so we could clearly read the two quotes, explaining exactly what he was going to do and why. It took less than an hour as he was extremely efficient, very personable and pleasant. Highly recommend this company.

I chose Precision Garage door based on the reviews I read. Derek called to verify and let me know if his arrival, he talked me through what my garage door “needed” right now to operate well. He then help me understand what I may need in the future, or my desire for a new door. The service was quick, he explained everything he did. He removed the old sensor wiring to help me with my anxiety of too many wires everywhere - I can NOT say enough on how Derek performed in a professional manner, arrived on time, discussed my options and once we agreed on a price - he completed the work to my satisfaction and took away his trash! Jose Perea replaced all of the components of my old garage door motorized system and performed routine maintenance on the sectional hinges, rollers, etc. My springs had broken and my old motor was at least 15 years old. His installation is very neat and clean and he even reprogrammed my car remote for me. He was very efficient in his work and my garage door is working great with a nice quiet, smooth operation. He made sure to answer any questions that I had and didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything that I didn’t want. I was also very pleased that Precision Door Service was able to have someone out in less than 24 hours from my call into the company requesting service. This is the second time that I have used them for work over the years and both times I have been very pleased. I will continue to use them in the future as their service is prompt and reliable. Thank you Jose, for your excellent work on my garage door and its operating system.
