I chose Precision as they had done repairs on my garage door two years earlier. The work done this time was great. I got a new motor, rotating chain drive and 10 new nylon wheels. The cost concerned me. I was told on the phone that the motor would cost $499.00. The repairman told me he was using a new model and the cost was $799.00. I am assuming labor costs were included in the price. It runs much quieter now. I like the lifetime warranty on the motor.

Garage door Stopped working so I made a call to Precision because that’s who installed the garage door 12 years ago. Talked to the receptionist, she was very nice, casual but professional. She arranged to have somebody come out the same day and within three hours, Carlos was at my door. Because of the age in my garage doors are insulated so they were fairly heavy they didn’t have the strength to close it anymore. Carlos how do unit on his truck that he can replace the garage door opener While he was at my house. Another hour and he was finished new sensors wall openers garage door motor unit everything the new rails the whole unit. Very nice gentleman and I would Highly recommend Precision to anybody that needs them. I will definitely be contacting them in the future should the need ever arise

The tech had no idea what he was doing he charged $464.00 for installing new wheels, a service call and a tune up. The door steal won’t open and close. Then he said for $1000 he could change the springs. I said no thank you. What a rip off. Turns out just need a strap at the point where the opener attached to the door. $12.00. Mesa just tried to up sell and never fixed the problem. I call this place a rip off. The Tech was clueless about garage doors and never told me any pricing until he was done replacing 1 1/2 year old rollers that looked new. Shame on you Mesa, and Shame in me for trusting they would not rip me off. GET ESTIMATES UPFRONT.

I called Precision the evening of 12/30/21 because of broken tension cable. they scheduled the repair for 12/31/21 between 10am-12pm. The technician, Benjamin Urbino arrived at 9:45am and the estimate ready by 10am. He replaced all the moving parts by 11:30am. My wife and I were very pleased with Bennie's efficiency, courtesy, professionalism and overall nice young man. we were also pleased with the staff's telephone courtesy. I received an appointment the next day after calling. The repair man quickly assessed what was wrong with my garage door and went to work. I had one broken hinge and my door would not close properly. I also had the rollers replaced at the suggestion of repairman. My garage door works great and has never been quieter when operating. The rollers were differently in need of replacement. This is the second time Precision has done repair work for me and I was not disappointed!

The tech. was helpful and polite.I couldn't have asked for a better tech. Had 2 other techs. out here prior, and I wouldn't have trusted them to open the garage door. I will only do business with Precision from now on. For 5 years the burglers near had a code grabber and I had to open the door manually. I was assured this motor is high security. Way over priced $600 for 2 tortion Springs It charged a $109 for 2 cables that I didn't need 93 bucks for spraying the wheels with lube spray and failing me on a bunch of stuff on the check list that are not bad and a199.00 per spring after I found the same ones on line for 49 bucks and the invoice shows both springs with the same part number but one is 3 inches shorter and worst the the door is making all kinds of snapping noises it didn't have before I'm afraid to even call them back just not fare!!!!
