I can't say enough about the great service that I received from Precision Garage Door. Jose came to my home and quickly diagnosed the problem. Jose explained everything very clearly that was wrong, and what I needed to fix the problem and the cost. There were no hidden costs or surprises. Jose then quickly and efficiently replaced the undersized springs and the rollers with surgical precision. It was amazing to watch the repair process. My garage door opener failed on Thanksgiving and needed to be replaced. I scheduled service on Friday, and the technician Jorge came earlier than the scheduled window which was a plus. When I had to choose which opener to replace my old one, Jorge did not do a hard sell and went through all the pros and cons for each model. Once I selected the opener, Jorge was quick to install it and did a thorough walkthrough with me on all of the features.

I called Precision door service and they had a tech out in about an hour. our tech was Jose Perea he went over everything we needed to do and replaced the springs in no time at all. Bad presentation and over price for replacing genuie safety sensor on my garage door. First he quoted me for 300$ to replace it. Then he told me I need to replace the garage door opener because it’s too old already. Quoted for 1,000$ plus installed. I told him that’s not the problem. Then he went down to 199$ without changing the wiring of the sensor.
