We used Precision Door a year and a half ago to replace our noisy chain drive opener with a quite belt drive. They were awesome . Fair price, great service. They even helped us download a phone app that acts as a security monitor and garage remote. Yesterday our 15 year old door spring finally snapped. Mike came out in record time to install a double spring system and new hardware. Now our door is quieter than ever and I feel good knowing that the parts have a lifetime warranty. Precision is not the cheapest but you definitely get value. :-)

I was serviced by Mike. He was friendly and professional. Called shortly before showing up to let me know he was on his way. He explained the problem after a few tests, and suggested a full replacement of everything (did not feel pressured one bit). The full replacement was not much more than what was needed for my opener itself. So worth it. Also got a lifetime warranty on all the parts. Including springs, which most warranty companies refuse to cover. Though it took a bit longer than expected (these things happen) Mike informed me of all the things my new opener can do, and showed me the menu system on the opener. I felt very well taken care of and am glad to have used Precision.

I had new door and opener installed. Staff was able to make a quick appointment. Mike came out soon thereafter and was knowledgeable for best selection. After quoting he was able to move on his price, which is always a plus for me because it saved me the time of having to get more quotes. And, I'm assuming prospective customers will read this. This being the case, be sure to ask for Johnny their installer. I was very happy with him. The guy has installation down to a science, which makes for a quality job and quick in and out. A pro job. Plus he has a polite personality. I'm happy with the work and service and would recommend.

Your staff did a great job replacing my old 1970's garage door with new doors and a door opener. Your installer, Johnny, was very professional. His work was neatly done and the old door and opener were removed and hauled away; a service I really appreciate. Although the glass window panel was not included in the initial installation, Rhonda, your scheduler, did a heroic job of keeping me informed and arranging to have the proper window panel installed a week later. Thanks for making this installation a very pleasant experience.

The two reasons I cannot give 5 stars for your service to remove and replace the springs on my garage door. First, I had originally scheduled a service call for Friday evening. No one called or showed up to do the job. If I have received a call to reschedule because of a previous job taking longer than expected, I would have graciously understood. But no call at all???! Second, I asked the technician on the phone to send me an invoice for the work. This has not been done! I need an invoice please for my business books. I think you will understand my request. The fact that we didn't show up on Friday night was our scheduling mistake...the technician did not realize this call was scheduled. Our process is to call ahead of time to let the customer know the time of arrival but the tech had no knowledge of the call. My apology to Mr. Allan. Don Taylor, President In regards to the comment on not receiving an invoice, here is Mr. Allan's email: Thank you for the invoice. Please ignore my comment on my review that stated that I had not received one; I simply did not see it in my inbox. Thank you again.

I had a problem with my garage door about 3 or 4 months ago. I was impressed by the speed of the reaction to my request for service and the way it was repaired. Therefore I decided if I needed any more service I would call you're company.
