I purchased a remote for my garage which never worked with both of the garage doors. I called 3 times and when the technician came , he reprogramed the remote. The next day the remote control was not working again. I paid $85 for a remote that did not work and they could not fix it.

Mike Napolitano got here 5 mns. into his two hr. window. He repaired a major mistake from another company. He installed the parts the other co. did'nt. I could not get my door down sometimes because the other co. didnt install half the parts they should have. My door now is so quiet and closes the first time. Technicians are friendly and know what they're doing. Fast, same day service. Only three stars because prices for parts are too high. $150 for a standard torsion spring. My door is a basic tract home roll up. Not asking to pay wholesale, but a 200% mark up is a bit much.

Mike came in and did a great job, and even explained to me the purpose of two springs on my insulated two door garage, door versus the one. I should have had two to begin with and if I had, probably would have not needed a repair. Fair quote and work done in about 1 hour & 20 minutes. Thanks for keeping appointment time. You guys got the job, because you followed up in the morining with a phone call along with Mike being on time allowed me to continue my schedule without obstacles (like a broken garage door).
