Nine months ago I got a new door and Mike Napolitano was the technician they had sent out. He told me my options and I decided on a new garage door. Well, fast forward nine months to a couple weeks ago when I started hearing strange sounds coming from the door as it was opening. Service was very prompt and courteous. Service tech gave me several options on how to proceed with the repair. I opted for service only, as I found replacement costs higher than I wanted to spend as a tenant. The tech did work with me on various ways I could proceed. He was pleasant and professional.

A small SNAKE was wrapped around the cable pulley that lifts up my garage door. As a result, when it started to raise, the body of the snake guided the cable off the pulley causing the door to bend to one side as it rose. Now all the tracks, and rollers, and door are damaged, bent, coming off the walls.I Can't believe this is happened. Only in Beaumont! PS the snake is dead. Lucky for me I called Precision Garage Door. Mike came over and made a bad situation into a good one in no time at all. I would recommend this service to everybody who needs it. Thanks Mike.
