Mike grew up in Northern California on a ranch, as a cowboy and roper. He currently lives in Southern California and is a father with three children and is engaged to be married.
Mike's family is his inspiration in everything he does. He has a passion for horses, mountain biking and cooking. He also has a true interest in business, society, and how customer satisfaction is proven by fostering ethical business practices. He thoroughly enjoyed earning his bachelors degree in 2010 from the University of Phoenix.
He has an extensive background in the transportation industry, construction and real estate. He is always searching for new opportunities in building customer rapport as professional growth is his daily endeavor.

I am beyond satisfied. I am so impressed with the job they did. I have a 40 year old home and my garage has been a room for the last 20 years. So they had no hardware, no opener and an old door. Within hours I have a Beautiful door which totally adds to the curb appeal and now with all the kids grown and gone, I can bring my new Truck into the garage. Haven’t done that in years! They were nice and professional from the sale to the installation and I recommend them highly. I am going to give them 5 full Stars!

Nine months ago I got a new door and Mike Napolitano was the technician they had sent out. He told me my options and I decided on a new garage door. Well, fast forward nine months to a couple weeks ago when I started hearing strange sounds coming from the door as it was opening. I called precision and Mike came out the next day with five star friendly service. He fix the problem and instructed me on what to do annually. I will continue to use and promote Precision Garage Door.

Service was very prompt and courteous. Service tech gave me several options on how to proceed with the repair. I opted for service only, as I found replacement costs higher than I wanted to spend as a tenant. The tech did work with me on various ways I could proceed. He was pleasant and professional.

A small SNAKE was wrapped around the cable pulley that lifts up my garage door. As a result, when it started to raise, the body of the snake guided the cable off the pulley causing the door to bend to one side as it rose. Now all the tracks, and rollers, and door are damaged, bent, coming off the walls.I Can't believe this is happened. Only in Beaumont! PS the snake is dead. Lucky for me I called Precision Garage Door. Mike came over and made a bad situation into a good one in no time at all. I would recommend this service to everybody who needs it. Thanks Mike.
