WOW!!! It's not every day you find a company that exceeds your expectations, however, I am so impressed. Called Precision about noon today and within 2 hours they arrived. The technician Jose Perea was fantastic!! Explained everything...installed the opener and I couldn't have been more pleased. Obviously he's done this a time or two...but the attention to detail and professional installation was amazing. I was told The only appointment available would be tomorrow and I explained that my car was stuck in my garage and I had no way to get it out till someone could come fix the door. Jose Perea called me about 10 minutes later and was at my house 30 minutes after the phone call. He was professional and very helpful. He explain what was wrong and had everything fixed after about 20 minutes! If anything goes wrong with my garage again i will defiantly call Precision again!

The Precision Garage technician, Jose Perez, called me when he was on his way, arrived on time, reviewed the Good-Better-Best Options for my two openers; one failing and one ‘classic’ and then he installed two new openers, model 8550.
