Jose was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. In high school he played baseball and ran the Cross Country event. After high school he coached high school and little league baseball for 10 years. His favorite professional sports teams are the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys. Jose spent 3 years in the Army and was stationed in Colorado and South Korea. He spent several years servicing a route with a major food company and co-owned a restaurant in Los Angeles for several years. Jose is bi-lingual, and presently lives in Ontario. He is a people-person and looks forward to helping you with your garage door needs.

I spoke with Mr. Manzanares regarding this issue and about the misunderstanding. We adjusted the track which was part of the issue with his door, adjusted the motor and did a lube and tune on the door. Mr. Manzanares explained that he is completely satisfied with the repair itself, his door is performing perfectly. His felt the time spent was short for the charge made. There was a misunderstanding on the initial quote, the $179 was not for a circuit board, that would have been substantially more. Nevertheless, I gave him a credit of $50 back on his credit card, which made more satisfactory to the customer.

Never have I seen an employee go above and beyond to get a job done correctly. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Precision has upheld my opinion that they are a first rate company in all aspects. Repairperson, Jose Parea, arrived promptly at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for just repair of existng unit and also an estimate for installation of new equipment. Since he had previously repaired the unit 6 years ago and done an expert job and since our unit was 23 years old, we opted to replace unit. Repair was done in under an hour, as he promised. Not only is Mr. Parea an expert professional but the equipment provided is state-of-the art, quiet, smooth and superior to what we had. I am more than satisfied with company and their staff.

Precision representative Jose Perea replaced a 20-year-old garage door opener with a Liftmaster with MyQ capability. Despite an overhead install challenge due to a storage area above, Mr. Perea improvised, completing a professional installation. In addition, because of newer technology, Mr. ensured all existing door openers/clickers were synced and operational. Bottom line, Mr. Perea completed a professional installation with concurrent, outstanding customer service!

The appointment was made quickly and easily. The repairman was punctual and friendly. He gave me an estimate of $179.00 if he had to replace the circuit board, or $779.00 to replace the entire garage door opener. I opted for the repair. He was done in less than 5 minutes only doing a minor adjustment. He still charged me the $179.00, a complete rip off! The repairman knew exactly what the problem was before he gave me the estimate and tried to make it more than it was. A company that treats customers like that has no place advertising that "it's a name you can trust". All I can say is that you can trust them to rip you off! I will never give them a recommendation and will certainly steer people away from them if their name is ever brought up.
