Our experience with Precision was great. Call placed to Precision was answered promptly and we were able to get an appointment that same afternoon. Precision has upheld my opinion that they are a first rate company in all aspects. Repairperson, Jose Parea, arrived promptly at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for just repair of existng unit and also an estimate for installation of new equipment. Since he had previously repaired the unit 6 years ago and done an expert job and since our unit was 23 years old, we opted to replace unit. Repair was done in under an hour, as he promised. Not only is Mr. Parea an expert professional but the equipment provided is state-of-the art, quiet, smooth and superior to what we had. I am more than satisfied with company and their staff.

The spring on our garage door broke and we hoped for a repair that day. We called Precision and they were able to send a technician out within the next hour. Precision representative Jose Perea replaced a 20-year-old garage door opener with a Liftmaster with MyQ capability. Despite an overhead install challenge due to a storage area above, Mr. Perea improvised, completing a professional installation. In addition, because of newer technology, Mr. ensured all existing door openers/clickers were synced and operational. Bottom line, Mr. Perea completed a professional installation with concurrent, outstanding customer service!

I just want to thank you for coming out to fix my garage door even though the original installation was not done properly by Derek olear but I should have not be charged for shoddy workmanship. It shouldn’t matter if it was a holiday or not. This is not a proper way to do business and charge people $89 for fixing the company’s mistake. I would appreciate a refund. Thank you.

Today is Labor Day and my garage door got stuck open! I googled a garage door repair company and Precision door service came up. And their web site stated they were open today. Jose Peres came out within about 2 hours of my call and replaced my garage door opener in an hour. He then went thru and linked my car to the opener so I didn’t have to use the remote. He even said he was available to help my boyfriend with his link up if there was any problems. Great service all around.
