Jose was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. In high school he played baseball and ran the Cross Country event. After high school he coached high school and little league baseball for 10 years. His favorite professional sports teams are the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys. Jose spent 3 years in the Army and was stationed in Colorado and South Korea. He spent several years servicing a route with a major food company and co-owned a restaurant in Los Angeles for several years. Jose is bi-lingual, and presently lives in Ontario. He is a people-person and looks forward to helping you with your garage door needs.

Eric Parra was the technician that installed a new garage door motor. The prior one was over 15-yrs. Eric was thorough in explaining/showing me the repair that would be completed. He called prior to his arrival, his appearance was professional [he was COVID-19 compliant] and he removed all debris from the unboxing. He completed the replacement within 1 1/2hrs. Jose was awesome he came to my house and looked at our existing garage door opener showing me where the screw drive was wearing out. So he showed me a new particular LiftMaster garage door opener that had a 3/4 power motor and it could hook up to an app on your phone which is what I wanted. Thus I accepted the offer and he installed the new opener in less than a hour. He was very friendly and professional. He was very competent in every step installing the new opener

Technician was awsome. Professional, knowledgeable. The garage springs were replaced just 5 years ago. But could not support the door and failed. I appreciated that he spoke with me not AT me,. He noticed the black flakes on garage floor and on surface of door and did a futer assessment. Pricing is transparent, fair and reasonable. Wish we had called them the first time. WOW!!! It's not every day you find a company that exceeds your expectations, however, I am so impressed. Called Precision about noon today and within 2 hours they arrived. The technician Jose Perea was fantastic!! Explained everything...installed the opener and I couldn't have been more pleased. Obviously he's done this a time or two...but the attention to detail and professional installation was amazing.
