I tried doing some maintenance on my door. I saw a wheel out of the rail and unbolted it to put it back in place. I didn’t realize it was the spring location and my door blew apart! They came on a holiday and put everything back together within hrs. Not cheap but very professional.

I can truly say Precision is everything their website says it is. Our spring broke and both of our vehicles were trapped inside and we could not budge the garage door. I was totally pleased with Precision garage doors service. Frist, I called after 5:00 in the evening and a "real" person answered the phone. Next; a service man was here by 10:00 the next morning. He knew exactly how to fix my problem and was finished in 40 minutes. He also put on a new rubber seal, for the bottom of the door, to keep dirt and sand out of the garage. Great job Precision! First, Jose came by to do an evaluation. Then he arranged for Carlos to come by (three days later) to do the repair work. Within about 10 minutes after Jose left and he called and asked if it would be OK if Carlos came by that afternoon to do the repair work. Of course, my answer was yes. Carlos showed up about 30 minutes before the agreed time bracket of which I had been advised. He was cleaning up about 30 minutes after he showed up to begin his work. His workmanship, efficiency, and friendliness were superb.

Jose was awesome he came to my house and looked at our existing garage door opener showing me where the screw drive was wearing out. So he showed me a new particular LiftMaster garage door opener that had a 3/4 power motor and it could hook up to an app on your phone which is what I wanted. Thus I accepted the offer and he installed the new opener in less than a hour. He was very friendly and professional. He was very competent in every step installing the new opener
