Dear Precision, I was so very surprised to have your wonderful, & more than qualified Jose Perea show up early the same day I called you for several things wrong with my main Garage door. The Broken main spring was the main problem with several minor issues. He was quick to introduce himself and even faster to diagnose and jump right in to his work at hand. He followed my wishes to the letter and the job was completed in about 40 minutes or less. Jose picked up after himself even sweeping the area he worked in. He gave me a list of suggestions also for preventive maintenance issues so I could get more life out of the new unit. I learned where all the most important grease or oil areas are located. I could not have ever asked for a better Company or service rep. to perform this repair job. I will never ever call anyone but Precision & ask for Jose if I ever have any further Garage door problems again. The other door is 14 years old and even after preforming the preventative maintenance on the 2nd door the next day you just never know when a spring will break or a controller will give out. Oh and they do help out us Veterans some also. Give them your business and you will not be sorry you did. I wasn't.

We are very happy with the service we received from Jose Perea this morning. We contacted a couple of other companies about our garage door not closing properly, but we were not impressed with those conversations. We had a much better response from Precision and were scheduled for the next morning. Jose arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed several problems with our garage door. He gave us several options and explained costs and consequences clearly. We chose to have the current 16' by 7' garage door reinforced, plus replacing old springs and opener motor. Jose worked very quickly and efficiently, explaining in a friendly manner as he went along. The results were impressive with much better operation of the door. He told us we will be good to go for a long time to come, even though we elected to keep our old door, saving considerable money. You will get excellent service and results if Jose does your job. Thanks, Jose! P.S.: We got more done than the only one choice allowed for service and product purchased in this review site.

Very pleased with the LiftMaster 8500W side mount opener. Jose even programed my vehicles to open the garage door before he left and hauled away all the trash and old opener as part of the service.

Way over priced $600 for 2 tortion Springs It charged a $109 for 2 cables that I didn't need 93 bucks for spraying the wheels with lube spray and failing me on a bunch of stuff on the check list that are not bad and a199.00 per spring after I found the same ones on line for 49 bucks and the invoice shows both springs with the same part number but one is 3 inches shorter and worst the the door is making all kinds of snapping noises it didn't have before I'm afraid to even call them back just not fare!!!!

i have 2 homes in 2 different cities, i was so happy and pleased with the service at one of my homes, so when the garage needed to be looked at my other house i called precision again, my tech jose was fantastic, very nice, kind, sweet and very personable. I thought i need a brand new door, but after jose looked at it, he said all i needed was new parts. Everything that needed to be replaced he replaced, he did an excellent, fantastic and great job. I also appreciated his honesty by telling me that i did not a new garage door and all it was, was parts that needed to be replaced.
