Jose was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. In high school he played baseball and ran the Cross Country event. After high school he coached high school and little league baseball for 10 years. His favorite professional sports teams are the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys. Jose spent 3 years in the Army and was stationed in Colorado and South Korea. He spent several years servicing a route with a major food company and co-owned a restaurant in Los Angeles for several years. Jose is bi-lingual, and presently lives in Ontario. He is a people-person and looks forward to helping you with your garage door needs.

I tried doing some maintenance on my door. I saw a wheel out of the rail and unbolted it to put it back in place. I didn’t realize it was the spring location and my door blew apart! They came on a holiday and put everything back together within hrs. Not cheap but very professional.

I can truly say Precision is everything their website says it is. Our spring broke and both of our vehicles were trapped inside and we could not budge the garage door. We called about 8:30pm and they had sent out a Tech Jose Perez the next morning and in under an hour we were back in business. Jose was great to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I was totally pleased with Precision garage doors service. Frist, I called after 5:00 in the evening and a "real" person answered the phone. Next; a service man was here by 10:00 the next morning. He knew exactly how to fix my problem and was finished in 40 minutes. He also put on a new rubber seal, for the bottom of the door, to keep dirt and sand out of the garage. Great job Precision! First, Jose came by to do an evaluation. Then he arranged for Carlos to come by (three days later) to do the repair work. Within about 10 minutes after Jose left and he called and asked if it would be OK if Carlos came by that afternoon to do the repair work. Of course, my answer was yes. Carlos showed up about 30 minutes before the agreed time bracket of which I had been advised. He was cleaning up about 30 minutes after he showed up to begin his work. His workmanship, efficiency, and friendliness were superb.
