Jose and Lee were scheduled to come out to my home between 10 & 12. They were on time, replaced everything on my broken garage door, and were finished before 12. The gentleman who provided the estimate was very professional. We got our estimate when promised and paid our deposit the morning of 11/18. We were told Simone would call us to schedule the install. When I still hadn’t heard by Monday, I called and spoke to your office. She said she was unable to reach the install team, but someone would get back to us immediately. Still no word as of night of 11/22. I am beginning g to wonder if I should cancel the credit card payment

I have used Precision before to replace a garage door spring and they did a good job. So, I used them again for garage door opener. The technician was on time, courteous, and did a good job with no glitches. Garage door opener works like its supposed to. No problems.

Going on the great reviews I decided to go with this company. The tech working appeared knowledgeable and stated he was the field supervisor Jose. He worked fast and about 30 min later and $1200 for springs, rollers and everything but a new motor , the work was done. I asked why so expensive?Jose replied because of increased price since Covid , fast work, quick response and great customer service. I noticed 2 days later that all the silicone bled out on the exterior of the garage. I texted Jose and no answer after 4 hrs. I called and he replied yep That’s silicone. I asked if he could come back and get it off and he said “ oh you want me to do it”? I said yes. He said he would txt me a date that would work for both of us and I haven’t heard back from him. It’s 3 weeks . I texted again and no reply . Once they get your money if something’s wrong you forget it. Beware ! Too expensive and they don’t hold up to a honest commitment !

Garage door opener break-downs always occur suddenly, and always at an awful time, in this case, late in the afternoon and before many important events. Precision provided service early the next morning, quickly replaced all the broken parts and installed a new opener. Technician Jose Perea was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. I was impressed with every aspect of Precision's business.
