Bill was born and grew up in a small town in Michigan. While in high school he participated in the business club, and has always been interested in business and customer service. After high school he attended Coastline Community College in California, achieving a degree in Computer Systems. Bill retired from the U. S. Navy after 20 years in 2013. In the Navy he was an Information Systems Technician. He is married with 2 sons. He enjoys bowling and spending time with his family. He looks forward to helping you with your garage door needs.

I called at 1:00PM to place a service call to have my overhead doors "tuned up". Tech "Bill" was at my home at 300PM! Bill did a great job of pointing out his concerns. The Service Tech Bill, arrived on time. Gave me several options to think about. We had be having trouble for a while with the door so we choose to replace springs, and the stuff that goes with the springs. Purchased a new garage door opener. Bill was very nice, professional and got the job done in the time he estimated. I would definitely use you again if necessary. I would recommend you also.
