Bill was born and grew up in a small town in Michigan. While in high school he participated in the business club, and has always been interested in business and customer service. After high school he attended Coastline Community College in California, achieving a degree in Computer Systems. Bill retired from the U. S. Navy after 20 years in 2013. In the Navy he was an Information Systems Technician. He is married with 2 sons. He enjoys bowling and spending time with his family. He looks forward to helping you with your garage door needs.

Out of the blue my automatic garage door opener stopped working properly so I called PRECISION OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR SERVICE and was so happy that I did. Garage door opener was not able to close. The light was blinking and the door opened up again. Had to touch the key pad again to close or open again. Bill Weier(technician) was able to solve the problem. Nice and pleasant tech. explained the problem.

I called a little before noon on a Saturday and the technition arrived at 1:30. He did the repairs and I was expecting to pay a premium for the Saturday service. I was totally surprised and very pleased when I went to pay. I would highly recommend them for any needs regarding garage doors.

Precision Garage Door was the second garage door repair company to come to my home; they should have been the first. My home warranty company sent another business to resolve my garage door issue--twice. Each visit was a complete waste of time, as they looked for every excuse NOT to help or resolve the problem (but they had no issues collecting the fee). Precision Garage Door saved the day! Immediately, I was super impressed with technician Bill Weier. He listened to me (incredible), he assessed the problem and resolved the issue--in one day! I was so happy and extremely satisfied with the service I received. Bill was highly professional, knowledgeable, funny and committed to providing the best customer service ever! Thank you Bill. I will only use Precision Garage Door in the future.

All I can say is WOW! What a great company to deal with. I was a tad scared of the fine print on the Amazon Local order page that said, 'Subject to scheduling availability' and 'valid for 90 days.' I have been scammed on this type of order before, but decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! I called for scheduling on Saturday afternoon and was set up for an appointment Sunday morning. The tech called ahead so I could give him access instructions and showed up on time. He fully diagnosed my door issues and had the door fully serviced with new rollers in an hour. It's now 100% quieter and working like it's supposed to. I'm VERY happy with this company and the service man Bill who was prompt and professional.

Bill Weier was the technician and he did a great job. He was very professional and completed the repairs very quickly. He explained what was needed to repair my problem and also pointed out a few items that needed to be replaced. My only concern is the cost of the repair, it seems expensive but I didn't seek any other bids. I used Precision to repair my mom's garage door about a year ago and they did a great job then as well.

I give the service 5 stars...backed into my door, needed help today, and got...Bill was able to get here a couple hours earlier than appointment, and was clean and efficient...wasn't cheap, but it was an emergency (and was less than I expected)...Bill made a couple suggestions, and I am sure I will be using them for maintenance and upgrade services...thank you

all I wanted was a remote. Instead I get a quote for $1600. BTW the garage door opener is functional and working fine. When I asked about the remote the tech said it was $200 (home is only 10 years old btw) I called MFG they tell me the remote sells for $59. DONT CALL THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF>>>>
