Precision representative Jose Perea replaced a 20-year-old garage door opener with a Liftmaster with MyQ capability. Despite an overhead install challenge due to a storage area above, Mr. Perea improvised, completing a professional installation. In addition, because of newer technology, Mr. ensured all existing door openers/clickers were synced and operational. Bottom line, Mr. Perea completed a professional installation with concurrent, outstanding customer service!

I search for local garage door vendors and Precision had the highest rating for customer service and warranty. I was not disappointed. The garage door motor stopped working but when it did it was loud and horrible sounding. Jose, quickly problem solved the main issues we were having and it was best to replace the motor put a new seal on the door and he even replaced a strut that was originally installed improperly. When he was done, within an hour, it opened beautifully, quietly. We are excited to have the smartphone option remote too! I am very pleased and feel that if I ever have any issue with it in the future a friendly, competent Precision Tech will solve the issue. Thank you, Jose!

Suddenly, my garage door wouldn't open, so I called at 10 am the next morning and someone came out in two hours. The repairman was pleasant and well-trained. He showed me the broken springs, told me the rollers were bad and the track needed lubrication. I was shown a list of charges for the repairs before he began. My door works and sound great now. Garage door opener was not able to close. The light was blinking and the door opened up again. Had to touch the key pad again to close or open again. Bill Weier(technician) was able to solve the problem. Nice and pleasant tech. explained the problem.

Had a voucher for reconditioning and roller replacement....both techs really had not seen what was included in the service. Once I showed them the voucher they understood (Admin Dept. should familiarize the techs with the service purchased on the voucher. Secondly, the Techs pointed out the cables that were installed were rather undersized, and I had them replaced with the superior cables offered. The roller replacement was part of the service already purchased. The bearings are fine on my roll up door, and after the sales job, I determined the cables and rollers and spray lube were all that was required. Nice guys, tell them not to try the sales pitch so hard. The door is a little quieter and the cables are now safer than previous.

Garage door was replaced 3 mos. ago. The sound of the roll up garage door did not sound right when it rolled up. The light of the door opener did not go off. Was called to check out the problem. Mark did the service. He changed the hinges and advice to spray every six months to prevent from squeaking and the loud sound when opening the garage door.

Jose was a joy to work with. As soon as he entered the garage the door worked perfectly. Must be his aura! After testing it several times it finally malfunctioned and he was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly. He also indicated that the springs making the clunking noise indicated they were about to break. We now have new springs which should last for many years and the door is so much more quiet now. In fact we like to open and close it just to experience not hearing it any more! Thanks again Precision Door Service and a HUGE Atta-boy to Jose.
