From my initial call to customer service rep who took my call and the technician who serviced my garage door, I am pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and to a great job done. Jose did a great job, professional and on time. He clearly explained what was wrong, what was needed and made recommendations without pressure or a sales pitch. Totally professional, courteous and a job done quickly yet done right. Your staff did a great job replacing my old 1970's garage door with new doors and a door opener. Your installer, Johnny, was very professional. His work was neatly done and the old door and opener were removed and hauled away; a service I really appreciate. Although the glass window panel was not included in the initial installation, Rhonda, your scheduler, did a heroic job of keeping me informed and arranging to have the proper window panel installed a week later. Thanks for making this installation a very pleasant experience.
