The service tech that arrived at our home was a true professional and wanted to do whatever was necessary to repair our garage door. I chose Precision because it is locally owned and got great reviews. My technician Derek was fantastic! I had a busted spring and severely worn rollers. This is the 2nd home I've used Precision for Garage service and both experiences have been 5 STAR rated. My garage door died this morning. Not knowing who to call I went online and found Precision. What I find. They were professional scheduled an appointment for me today. Fortunately for me they called and could come earlier than my scheduled time. My service man’s name was Nick and did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable and just a really good guy. I was impressed by the skill of the technician, and how fast he got the job done., but I was not at all impressed when he told me before he started the job, that it would cost me $250, then when the job was done, he told me it would cost me #339. In the commercial world, that type of pricing is called bait and switch, and most likely I will not use your services again, or refer you to my friends.
