Happy to provide a 5 Star rating for Precision Garage Door. My technician Bill Weier called ahead to verify the appointment and showed up as scheduled. He explained the issue clearly, what needed to be done, cost options and even took the time to show me some maintenance tips. The job was done quickly and I will certainly call Precision again.

I have used Precision on two other occasions and have been more than satisfied with the service techs, how quickly they worked and how fast they completed the jobs. Quoted one price over the phone and when the tech came out, the price was double the high end of the price quoted over the phone. Totally overpriced. Go with someone else.

One thing I demand in my business dealings is "professionalism" and Precision was well represented in that area by your technician Cody. It is employee's like Cody that will secure the Precision name and take you to the next step. I say this primarily because while it was not cost effective to make the required purchase to repair, we parted ways as if I had just spent a thousand dollars. I will remember Precision and will be happy to recommend if the occassion presents itself.

After coming home to a broken garage door spring, I found your company on the internet and called to schedule an appointment. My first contact was with Ashley, who was helpful and professional. She got me on the schedule for the next morning (a Saturday). She was very good about sending a confirmation email and staying in touch as to when the serviceman would arrive. My service technician, Dean, was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. He got my door operational right away, and when I needed a special part he even came back on his day off to finish the job! I will definitely use this company again and not hesitate to refer to my friends.

So far I'm fairly impressed with this company. Technician was competent, friendly, and presentable. Getting all three of these isn't easy from a service company. Tech was very helpful on explaining what was wrong. We have had the door serviced and just need the motor to be installed next. Positive experience.
