Very happy with Jarrod whom installed new springs. He was a professional. I would recommend the appointment scheduler check what kind of door you have before you have expectations of the $225 advertised price for new springs. Then when the tech gets to your house, to find out that your quote, is $500 because the doors have insulation and struts making it a heavier door therefore requiring higher rated springs. It would be easy for the scheduler to verify the doors to have a better price range. The advertised price is for the basic door. This would be advisable to the consumer to know what kind of door you have to get a proper expectation range of cost, not the lowest advertised price.

Fantastic service. Arrived at the time indicated and received a call when he was about 20 minutes away. Jimmy was great; he showed me how several of my garage door parts were worn out, had a broken spring, etc. Since I was unhappy with the model the previous homeowner installed, I went for the whole thing and replaced the whole opener. Work was completed in timely manner and very professional. Prices are competitive as well. highly recommend Precision.

Excellent emergency service and repair. When I called at 3pm I spoke to a live person and did not have to leave a recorded message. The dispatcher I spoke to was courteous and professional. Scheduled a repair tech to come btwn 4-6pm. My repair tech "Dean" called to let me know when he was coming and arrived on time. Dean was also very courteous and professional. Dean repaired my bent track and did not try to upsell me any unnecessary parts. He also took the time to lube my squeaky garage door and advise me about the proper care and maintenance. The best part was that the total repair bill was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.
