They showed up a little late for our install but other than that they did a good job at a good price. We had several other company's come out for estimates and all the other company's could not do the install for a few weeks. Where precision did the install just a few days later. We had planned on going with Mesa because we heard them on the radio all the time but after two different attempts on getting one of there guys out to us and neither one could find us because they could not follow simple directions I gave up on them. And precision was great

Connor my technician was great and friendly. He called before he came out and was very understanding when I told him I was ill and not able to sit for the appointment. He didn't even get upset. So we rescheduled for the nextday, he came out and he was understanding when I explained my budget for the job. We laughed and came to a middle and got the job done! I was in quite a jam after my garage door spring broke and twisted my garage door and support rails around 3pm in the afternoon. It was important to attempt to repair the garage that same evening as I had several appointments the next day. After calling several garage door specialists, Precision Garage Door was the only company that could send out a specialist the same evening. Right on schedule David White showed up at my residence. He was courteous and professional and proceeded with complete inspection of the garage door. After selecting the appropriate repair package David proceeded with repairs. He had all the parts required on hand and completed the repair in a very timely manner. The workmanship looked great and the garage door operation was better than new. I am very pleased with the complete service from Precison Garage Door and will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family.

I highly recommend this company. I purchased my garage door only a few years ago from a company that said it had a lifetime warranty...only to find out not everything was warranted, so when a cable broke and caused addtional damage I chose to have precision do the repair instead. They pointed out all kinds of errors in the original installation (the best purchase price isn't always the best deal.) Precision fixed everything, they were on time and professional. I will definitely send friends their way.

We had a broken spring and was impressed with the reviews from former customers. we are very pleased with the quality of work performed. Bought the classic package for $599.00 not being told that it is not transperable(it was on the back of the agreement but was not ask to read the back of the page), since we will be selling the property this year I try to call Don Taylor to request to cancel the classic agreement but he was not available. I talked to Bianca and explain the situation, hopefully Precision will understand my situation. I would like to know how much it will cost to just pay what was repaired without buying the classic package.

I spoke with Mrs. Andraded and explained that the price she paid was a discounted package price and we don't have a way of eliminating the warranty from the package...it comes with the package. All of our repairs typically include so kind or warranty that can range from 30 days to limited lifetime.

On Christmas eve our garage door would not close. After calling AHS they told us that their service person(Edge garage door) would not be able to help us for two days. Not good to have garage door open for that long. We had used Precision in our Crestline home and they were great! I found their number and called . Dave Culver was here within 2 hours and fixed the door to be able to close. We decided to replace both our doors and opener and have a keypad installed. Jerad arrived right on time, quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem I had called about, and also astutely pointed out roller damage that was contibuting to the problem. He rapidly repaired, serviced/adjusted the door and springs, lubricated rollers and track. The door and opener were working quietly when he finished. Jerad is a "gem".
