We had a broken spring and was impressed with the reviews from former customers. we are very pleased with the quality of work performed. Bought the classic package for $599.00 not being told that it is not transperable(it was on the back of the agreement but was not ask to read the back of the page), since we will be selling the property this year I try to call Don Taylor to request to cancel the classic agreement but he was not available. I talked to Bianca and explain the situation, hopefully Precision will understand my situation. I would like to know how much it will cost to just pay what was repaired without buying the classic package.

We had a sudden broken spring on our garage door and could not get our cars out. We called Precision and within a couple of hours they responded later in the evening and all was repaired like new. Very professional technician, prompt and courteous.

On Christmas eve our garage door would not close. After calling AHS they told us that their service person(Edge garage door) would not be able to help us for two days. Not good to have garage door open for that long. We had used Precision in our Crestline home and they were great! I found their number and called . Dave Culver was here within 2 hours and fixed the door to be able to close. We decided to replace both our doors and opener and have a keypad installed. Brent Bassett came and did the final measure and our new "lifetime" doors were installed. They look great! Everyone we talked to at Precision Door in Temecula was very helpful. Thanks to all of you.

Your company, different owners, installed the original door in 1999, then replaced it a couple of years later as it got damaged. We called upon you again about 6 years ago to install a door for my inlaws, the Izzarelli's. The tech. was there earlier than expected (good), gave me my options, did not "high pressure me" to go another way, accepted my decision and went on about his business in a courteous and efficient manner.

Jerad arrived right on time, quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem I had called about, and also astutely pointed out roller damage that was contibuting to the problem. He rapidly repaired, serviced/adjusted the door and springs, lubricated rollers and track. The door and opener were working quietly when he finished. Jerad is a "gem". I was experiencing problems with my garage door; it was loud, squeaky, slow to open, etc. Brent showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, recommended a solution, and provided alternatives along with pros and cons to all recommendations. He was friendly, courteous, professional, completed all work in the time he described. In addition, he programed/set everything up including the â??Homelinkâ?? features in both my cars. There are not too many people in the service industry of this caliber.
