To Whom It May Concern, This letter is to notify Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of what an excellent job one of their employees did. His name is Dave White. He came out on 10-10-12 to _____ W. Posey Dr in Hemet. He had to replace the main gear and the one old spring with two new ones. He explained everything so well. He ran into problems due to the condition everything was in. He spent more time than expected, I'm sure. He even had to come back the next day after work to finish. He lowered the overhead arm and reinforced the top door panel with a horizontal bar and vertical brace. I thought we would need a new door. He made it work and look better than before. He really took that extra step and we want him to know how pleased we are with the job he did. Will someone let him know? Thank you, Janice D. (Daughter of Mildred S.)

I spoke with Mr. Chumbley regarding his thought explaining that I appreciate his input because we can't fix it if we don't know it. We have been back to address his concerns. One being his warranty and the other being door noise. We did install high cycle springs (which are higher quality than the standard springs) and new rollers on his door that carry a lifetime warranty. His prior door and opener were different from what he has presently. His present door is non-insulated steel vs insulated before, and his opener is a 1/3 hp screw drive vs a 1/2 hp belt drive before. This makes a huge difference in the noise levels, which Mr. Chumbley now understands, and states "his next opener will definitely be a belt drive.

We had our garage door springs fail and called Precision Door Service. They came out the same day, gave us a quote with several different options, and they were able to start the work to replace the torsion springs on the same day.
