To Whom It May Concern, This letter is to notify Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of what an excellent job one of their employees did. His name is Dave White. He came out on 10-10-12 to _____ W. Posey Dr in Hemet. He had to replace the main gear and the one old spring with two new ones. He explained everything so well. He ran into problems due to the condition everything was in. He spent more time than expected, I'm sure. He even had to come back the next day after work to finish. He lowered the overhead arm and reinforced the top door panel with a horizontal bar and vertical brace. I thought we would need a new door. He made it work and look better than before. We had our garage door springs fail and called Precision Door Service. They came out the same day, gave us a quote with several different options, and they were able to start the work to replace the torsion springs on the same day.
