Dennis' day (Sunday) had already been tedious and arduous, he nevertheless presnnted himself well groomed and persisted in being anxious to solve my problem; knowledgeable and showed it with pre-plans, and preceded to unravel the problem. He conducted a 'class' for me...in every move he made by explaining the 'what' and 'how' with germane rationale. You are blessed to have him as a workman and a 'rep' for AAA...most certainly for/to those in dramatic(?) need(s)...(Hey, I am 84 years young...so there...)
