I give a solid 5 stars to my experience on December 29th. My wife combed the internet and found Precision so I called. The dispatcher was very friendly and accommodating. The technician, Bill Weier, was prompt and diagnosed the problems quickly and offered the various remedies and costs. Once I decided on the course of action he expertly executed the work carefully and within a reasonable amount of time. In addition, he assisted me with syncing my new vehicle's garage remote feature which is, otherwise, complicated. He explained the features of the new equipment and made sure I understood everything. He was very helpful and is an asset to your business. I would certainly refer Precision going forward.

The installer called prior to the appointment time. He arrived at precisely the time he stated, evaluated the repairs needed and suggested repairs that would insure the problem would not occur again. He completed repairs quickly and efficiently in less time than he quoted . This was a ten out of ten .

Excellent service! Our door stopped halfway down exposing the contents of our garage late in the afternoon. We called and explained that we were scheduled to go out of town the following morning. Hello, I would just like to give a big THANK YOU to Jose Perea for repairing my garage door. I'd called the office the night before and was given an appointment for that evening,unfortunately, the person never showed. The next morning I called again and was told someone would be out between 8 & 10am. Within half an hour I received a call from Jose advising he would be at my home within 45 minutes. Jose arrived sooner. The very first thing he did was apologize for the previous no show. He took one look at my door and showed me all that was wrong, even the spring which I had not seen initially. Jose explained the components of the door system and explained the longevity of each component. I purchased the Lifetime Warranty. Jose honored my $15 coupon in addition to not charging me a service call fee due to the aforementioned no show. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and the epitome of what a great service professional should be. Thank you so much for having the good sense to keep this man on your payroll. First contact (I didn't get name) was cheerful and her smile easily made it across the phone line. She advised that a tech guy was in the area and she'd make room for me. I had just been told by another Precision door company who told me a three day wait was in the cards due to the severe wind storm we had here on 3/30. She was pleasant enough but really didn't sound like new business was important to her. The other Precision door number was already in my phone from a previous service I must have had. Needing immediate service prompted me to start calling from the internet listings I could find and I found you folks. Jose topped the service caLL off by being super face to face and actually careing for my problem and called to confirm the appointment made through your office. He was an early finisher on the job before mine and was super pleasant and accommodating. I was impressed at his interest in my problem and his determination to fix it to my liking.
