My header bracket on my garage door was never installed correctly by overhead Door of the L.A Basin. It was a sloppy install into the drywall only. Jose Perea from precision door service was here on time fixed the problem so it won’t happen again.

I have an old garage door (one piece, not panels) and a spring had broken. I told them this when I called to make the appointment. The rep, who was on time and very friendly by the way, told me that the garage door is old and outdated and that springs are not readily available. He recommended replacing the door for $699 I believe, and when I said that is not in the budget, he immediately called and lowered the price to $649. That was a red flag for sure. I decided to check other companies, and found a local company who was here within an hours time with two springs- only one had broken, but they are old, so better to replace both. He was able to buy the springs locally and install. Total cost $169 including labor and parts. I am a realtor and constantly get requests for good service providers. I would never recommend this company.

Looking for garage door repair company. Found web page with owner's picture. This was important because it told me this company has pride. At 11:30 on a Friday I placed an order for repairs. I was told the technician would be out between 2-4 this same day. Well, the technician was ahead of schedule and arrived at 12:45 pm. My door was repaired by 1:00 pm. Steve Marsh was very professional and had a GREAT personality. Thank you Precision Door Repair !!!!!

I give a solid 5 stars to my experience on December 29th. My wife combed the internet and found Precision so I called. The dispatcher was very friendly and accommodating. The technician, Bill Weier, was prompt and diagnosed the problems quickly and offered the various remedies and costs. Once I decided on the course of action he expertly executed the work carefully and within a reasonable amount of time. In addition, he assisted me with syncing my new vehicle's garage remote feature which is, otherwise, complicated. He explained the features of the new equipment and made sure I understood everything. He was very helpful and is an asset to your business. I would certainly refer Precision going forward.

I called for service through your yellow page ad. They promptly answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for that same morning. The tech arrived on time and replaced my garage door opener within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable and efficient.

The installer called prior to the appointment time. He arrived at precisely the time he stated, evaluated the repairs needed and suggested repairs that would insure the problem would not occur again. Excellent service! Our door stopped halfway down exposing the contents of our garage late in the afternoon. We called and explained that we were scheduled to go out of town the following morning. A very knowledgeable repairman, Bill, arrived soon after my call and repaired the door and serviced it within an hour and a half. It’s working better and quieter than it ever has! Would definitely recommend them to others.
