I was serviced by Mike. He was friendly and professional. Called shortly before showing up to let me know he was on his way. He explained the problem after a few tests, and suggested a full replacement of everything (did not feel pressured one bit). The full replacement was not much more than what was needed for my opener itself. So worth it. Also got a lifetime warranty on all the parts. Including springs, which most warranty companies refuse to cover. Though it took a bit longer than expected (these things happen) Mike informed me of all the things my new opener can do, and showed me the menu system on the opener. I felt very well taken care of and am glad to have used Precision.

No Receit given to me when I asked; Mark trying to sell me garage door policies at $600.and $800.or more! Said I have no warranty for $225. work! Taking advantage of a Senior Citizen which I will report! I had a new overhead system put in less than 2 years ago and now just paid $225. without a warranty!

I spoke with Mrs. Frank who had received her receipt by this time. I discussed the work we did and extended her a 2 yr warranty on the springs we install. She was very appreciative, saying "it brought a smile to her face", and I sent a new receipt showing the warranty.
